Signed up 5 months ago; needed to complete 2 paid offers/surveys to "activate" my account. Every single time I click, I'm told it's not available for my area. I contact support to ask if there will be any offers I can complete (see below). I check it several times a week (as I get a "Paid Email from Cash4Offers" from them almost daily). I now need to complete 10 paid offers (2 per month your account has not been activated) to claim any rewards. Still haven't come across anything available for Canadians.

"Note: Your account is inactive. Please take 1 surveys or offers to reactivate your account."
Every single one I click on says there's nothing for my area. How am I supposed to activate my account if there is never a valid offer? Should I close the account because I'm not in the States?

Thank you for contacting the Cash4Offers support.
We have surveys for Canadians too, but if you are not happy please feel free to cancel your account at your earliest convenience, as we don't force anyone to belong to our community.
Kind regards,
-The Cash4Offers Team

I have been a member of this site for a couple of years now and have never experienced any problems. I do the read emails and sometimes the surveys but I chose not to sign up for any other offers as some others have commented on. The amount of information and steps to sign up for additional offers to earn money through this site are pretty much the same as others I have come across. It is not required to sign up for anything. I have already received payments and all I do is read the emails. I suppose how each person chooses to use the site would determine how they rate it. Me personally, I have never had a problem.

This site is obviously a scam. Not once did i see anything useful while signing up for this tainted site. Annoying pop ups and false offers, asking for too much personal information. I used one of my disposable websites to sign up for this website, going back to that email address and clicking on the link that was given to me, only for the web site to deny me ever signing up with me. This is a fraud
