purchased program (cash flow kit) in the beginning of December '13. i called and cancelled it prior to the end of the 30 guarantee; the service rep said there would be no problem and actually sent me a refund receipt w the company name, address. i was very hesitant when she offered that up so quickly, then i found out why. at the end of our conversation she said that their lines were tied up (?) and that she would have to email that receipt later. when i finally received the email, the address of the company on the receipt was 123 main st whereville, fl 33333 and the phone # 954.555.5555. also, on this invoice the company claiming they were, or already had, going to return my monies was 'angry elephant, the 'product' they said i purchased was called 'trial x'. one other thing, there is a name on the receipt, keri nuetzhorn. the only problem is – customer service claims they have no way to let you speak to anyone except them, no supervisor, no manager, not even a janitor!! i'm so tired of calling them, please can ya'll do something??

On 11-24-13, I order this kit, after thinking about I call on 11-24-13 and cancel the order . the reason I stop the order was it as supposed to have been $49.00, but my credit card was charged $159.00.They even gave me a confirmation that this order has been stop GCB1125. I waited until 1-10-14 to call and they informed me that I would be getting my refund in the mail. to day I call and their system was update , and I could call back.

December 14, 2013, ordered kit online. December 16,2013, requested my money back have called over 7 times requesting my money back and still have not received it to this day. I have asked to speak to someone at a higher level to request my money back and they say that they can't contact anyone at a higher level.

I have call the @888-395-4766, they keep telling me they issued the credit, my bank say NO. I call them every day. And I can not get them to give me my credit or give me a phone number or name of somebody I can talk to about this matter. Stupid ripe off foreigners!!!!

I logged onto the site on Dec 13, 2013. I entered my info when it said it was only a $1 charge, the next screen was asking for $79. I hit the close out button without accepted the charge. I noticed the charge the next day. Requested a 100% refund called 12/14, 12/20, 12/31, 1/16. Still waiting for it.

I ordered the only program. I was told it would be 79.00 after the 14 day trial period if I did not cancel. The next morning they had taken 159.00 out of my account. When I called to cancel and get my money back the next day. I was told it would be 7-10 business days and I would receive a confirmation email. No email came and no refund. That was 12/10/2013. I have called every day since 1/2/2014 and each time I have been told they will notify billing and get me my refund. I was told there is no supervisor available and no phone line to talk directly to billing. It is 1/10/2014 and I still have not received my refund. I have turned it over to the fraud department of my bank to handle.

A friend recommended this site to me, they were only suppose to debit my acct. $1 to confirm I was who I was and over the age of 18 and to get add'l info because I opt. out of the free trial – a few days later I see a negative debit of $159 in my acct. I called them right away regarding the matter they assured me that I would receive a refund within 7- 10 business days this took place the 1st wk of Dec. and I have been getting the run around every since and as of today have not received my refund.

I did sign up for the dollar trial but NEVER received any further information Next think I know I have been charged 79.00 for something I have never even received. They are Crooks!!! And need to Be Stopped. When I called asking them for information and a corporate number I was told they didnt have a number they could give me, when I asked if I could speak with a supervisor I was told no one was available. When I told the rep that I did not authorize that kind of amount and did not even receive any information she got upset and told me that there was nothing I could do and that they had already taken the money and would not give me a refund then she proceeded to hang the phone up on me. I have called my bank and put in a dispute. I will also be changing my banking information so they cant get any of my money anymore!

They advertised a product for only $1.and charged my card $159. I spoke with a supervisor named Kay, and she told me she would not return my money, even though I called the next day to cancel it she said I didn't do it online within three days. I am reporting to bbb and contacting my lawyer.

Cash-Flow-Kit.com, they claim $0 charge for 14 day trial, and ask for credit card for identity verification, they took $79 and would not refund my monies after 6 days. I also contacted them using their chat session and left a comment that I wanted to cancel my order and they have no record of that.

The program says $1 to sign up. I have no clue the $159.00 was going to be charged on my credit card. They provided me a receipt total of $0, then the amount charged of $159.00 shows on my statement. I called customer service they told me it's non-refundable after 3 days, but why they give use proof of receipt that states $0, then turn around with different amount.
