Went into Cash Converters, Slough to ask for a Buy Back on my Laptop. The person who helped me – Jack, was so helpful, he made me feel relaxed, he thoroughly explained how buy back worked and gave me confidence in the process. Jack also helped me understand how buy back would work with my mobile phone, which I had asked him about. First time I have visited this store in a while and I was pleasantly surprised, as the last time I visited the service was not good. Keep up the good work Jack, and thanks for your help.

Just bought a cordless power drill from the Banbury depot. 24 hours later delivered to my door in excellent condition. After checking out thought the charger was faulty. Reported to the depot and had a no quibble answer, if you are not happy return we will refund.
Checked internet manual found manufacturers instruction wrong, I did inform Banbury depot as a matter of courtesy. If a lot more companies had the same approach then you would have a lot more happy shoppers. Well done cash converters, and Banbury.

I visited the Harlesden branch on 29/9 and i was assisted by Sherkina? who was very patient with showing me numerous mobile phones. I then looked at buying a laptop and was assisted by Kay – he was so knowledgeable on both phones and laptops. He even put a laptop aside (2 hrs),, so I could go home and bring in my old laptop towards the price of the one I was purchasing. He gave me an extremely good price for my old laptop and I have t say I doubt I would get such great service anywhere else. Kay was so enthusiastic and an absolute pleasure to do business with. I would highly recommend the Harlesden branch for outstanding customer service!
