I purchased a mobile phone via the cashconverters.es website, which turned out to be stolen.
I contacted cashconverters and was promised an exchange for another phone of the same or better specifications if I returned the phone.
I needed an exchange, rather than a refund, because I had purchased the phone during a 20% off promotion, so I would not be able to buy a replacement phone of the same specifications now that the promotion had finished.
As soon as I returned the phone however, they refunded the money to my card and refused to provide the replacement they had promised.
