I would not recommend Cash App unless it is for use with close friends and family. If something happens that is fraudulent, Cash App DOES NOT HELP OUT AT ALL! PayPal and Venmo will help dispute with the recipient to retrieve your funds but not this payment app method. Users beware!

9 /17/20 Cash App locked my account for "My own security" The next day I emailed support and provided all information they wanted from me to prove my identity. They than said there investigation was complete and concluded that my account was compromised and informed me they were CLOSING my account. I was told to email square and provide certain info which I did immediately! I had 283 on there with a 300 pending direct deposit and more direct deposits after totaling 2,000 still haven't received!

Cash app is very convenient to send and receive money. Its and easy and fast way to deal with money between people with out having to give out your bank info. Very fast in sending and receiving money. There is an option to receive a cash app card that is through Visa so you can it use at most places, even online. I highly recommend using this app. As long as you have a bank account you can connect to it. You will be able to use this with ease. On the app they show some companies in the stock market. And there is all kinds of tips and ways to help you invest into companies and other financial gains. I mainly use it to send and receive money and it had been great for me.

April 25, I called Cash App Support when I was having problems sending money to my daughter. She sent me a request to for Cash App. The person to me to download team viewer quick support. Long story short he cleaned out my checking accounts in one bank and almost in another bank. I hung up on him when he told me me to go get a cash card so he can give my money back. If I hadn't hung up he would have taken everything. On top of stealing my money he stole my daughter s money she had on her Cash App card and deleted her account.

The same customer service people for this app are the one stealing people鈥檚 money.
They stole 160 from my bank and I never sent the payment to anyone. Not sure how they did it but someone name Isaac and Brokkr from customer service stole my money.

I paid $10 for some gems on Clash of Clans and Cash App charged me $25. This app rips people off. Customer Support is impossible to reach in order to solve the issue. Don鈥檛 use Cash App

$140.00 was unauthorized and taken out of my account. I had my bank account linked to my cash app . I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS APP IVE HEARD OF PEOPLE TELLING ME THE SAME THING HAPPENED TO THEM.

Sign up and use someones 5 dollar code for free…NOOOO!!! You only get that five dollars if you send someone else 5 dollars after you create your account and order their debit card…. even at that when you send the 5 the other person will only get $4.86 with a $.14 cent fee….. it's horrible so you cant send it back to them fully and their are no fees it warns you about.

I had a agreement between an another individual paid them via cash app they will not honor any refunds for services that鈥檚 aren鈥檛 complete PayPal is the better use they protect they customers and there customers money I will never use cash app again

Well they sent the replacement but somehow managed to take$1,100.00 from the balance. In my efforts to resolve the matter, they gave me the run around for weeks but never returned my money. I'm going on TV soon with the help of Bacarro on your side. They are CROOKS??!!!

OVER TWO MONTHS NOW and Cash App says "contact your bank". It was YOUR APP that allowed a thief to steal from my account. DO NOT use this app under any circumstance.

My routing number & account numbers were changed on Sunday and I鈥檝e been waiting for customer service to respond since then. I鈥檝e already filed my taxes and this is terribly inconvenient. Has everybody鈥檚 been changed to the same thing? Are they trying to steal people鈥檚 money? What is going on??? Mine went back to normal for a day and now it鈥檚 changed again.

They also changed my account and routing number and I don鈥檛 know how this will affect my tax refund or deposits.. I鈥檝e read other people saying it will go to the old one but I鈥檓 not sure still waiting to hear back from them I know the customer service isn鈥檛 that great
