On 1/24/2017 I purchased a hoverboard from casepit2211 North that says paypal. I never received my merchandise and the email went to [email聽protected]

I ordered a Hoverboard for one of my grandson's upcoming birthday and never received it. Now the website is no longer available, and Shopify says they don't know how to contact them.

I ordered a hoverboard for my son in February, never received it they sent a confirmation of my order but never sent me a tracking number emailed customer support on 5 different occasions never heard one thing back. DO NOT buy from these scammers ! If there is a lawsuit against them please let me know.

I had ordered a hoverboard back in December 2016, received an email it was being shipped and never was. Sent two emails to the contact email on file and no response.

I ordered a hoverboard for my daughter as a birthday present. They took the money out of my account that day and sent me an order number. Never received a tracking number and never received my hoverboard. Emailed their support email many times with no response. Something should be done about these people.

I ordered 2 hover boards @ $130 each and never received them. These were ordered from a Facebook ad for gifts. I have emailed the case pit business several times with no response. I did receive an order confirmation and money came out of my account the same day. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I also sent 3 emails to casepit customer contact and no response. Ordered hoverboard February 9, 2017… NO HOVERBOARD, NO RESPONSE TO QUERY. Should I get my product or Case-Pit makes this issue right by returning my money.

I get to buy my 4 kids 1 new thing once a year and this is what they picked and it's really frustrating how now I can't get them anything, we never have anything nice we can't afford anything, I went to the store and put that money on a pre-paid credit card, my kids are so sad and we've all been in tears and frustrated! I purchased a hoverboard for my son on march 2, 2017 and still haven't received it and when i tried contacting the website and all contact info was taken down.

I ordered my son a hoverboard for $130 from casepit. Got confirmation email and they took the money but now have no site avalible still have not received it and I want my money back. As a single mother I don't have more eyes to throw away or for trash to scam from me. Now I have a sad lil boy who was waiting ever so patiently for it to come…

I ordered a hover board for my son on feb 9 2017 seeing add of hover board on facebook and got confirmation email that my order is confirmed under order #2266 but has not received any hoverboard till date my credit card has been charged. I was under impression that businesses advertising on facebook are legit but it doesn't look like.
