Ordered my phone case three weeks ago and still USPS awaits the item for 13 days now and still no contact from customer service this company is a joke and I will never do business through them again. Order #2359

I ordered an item for S9+ AND THEY SHIPPED the wrong item, it's been a week and I've been trying to send emails order#4675 they just ignore me and no response on exchange 24 dollars and some cents thrown to the garbage, way to go fellas

Received a case that provided no protection for the screen (the edges of the case weren't raised enough.) Emailed them twice about returning or exchanging it. They ignored me. Bye bye $24.00

If something goes wrong and you would like to contact this company in regards of return or exchange there will be no response. You will be stuck with defective product and they will be stuck with your money.

Love the case !!! I used to spend $ 50 for phone case it was hight quality but not nice case .Once i saw the case from CasePersona i like it but i dont expect much that it gonna look nice the same at i saw online but im wrong the case is super nice and hight quality than the one that i spend $50. Thx u CasePersona.

I would buy again it was fast getting here and my friends say it looks good,I like the flavor of how it was designed

I ordered my case and it's came so fast, they sent me an email and a text when it had shipped and another when it was delivered, definitely will be using there cite for future purchases!

The case I ordered was even more beautiful than the picture on the site. They were very polite in an email when there was a shipping address conscrepancy and it shipped relatively fast, all things considering. I had a great experience.

I'm reviewing the Gucci case . It's very nice and fits well on my iPhone 6+ . Also it's cute. I just love there cases but wish delivery was a little faster. Overall everything is beautiful on this site and comes exactly as you see it.

I ordered a case and even received a very friendly e-mail from the company thanking me for my order and offering their assistance if I encountered any issues. When I received the case, it did not fit and I contacted the company, as per instructed on their website, asking for assistance in returning the product and receiving a refund. I have contacted them a few times and they have never responded. I have been stuck with a case that I paid for, but cannot use.

They state they are based in upstate NY (according to their site)…They are not…they are based in China, which I did not take into consideration that it would be stuck in customs in China or in the US for an extra 6-8 days. I ordered my case the first week of December 2016-I placed 8-14 day shipping.
I received it 3.5 weeks later…

-They have no telephone number (probably because they are in China)
-There is no email response from the company unless you threaten them with some type of action (like the BBB), then they respond really quickly.

They finally said that they would refund the money and shipping which they did (the one thing they did not lie about) .
The cases are really, really cheap. They are cheaply constructed and printed.
AVOID this place the website is very attractive and it lures you in to think that you are going to receive a great item…you're not.

-Products are horrible and poorly constructed
-They have lied about where they are located
-Customer service is non existent
-Shipping is almost 2 weeks longer than what you expected or what is paid for.
