Never received the product and no response from customer service

I ordered my case 2 weeks ago. Still hasn't even shipped. Customer service doesn't respond. I think I've been ripped off buy these guys unfortunately.

Love the product. Some sent in first package, but didn鈥檛 have a note to say were the rest were. Others came a week or so later. Apart from that, fantastic.

Excellent service, quick and the custom phone case was just how I was hoping it would be. Would definitely be recommending to friends and family

Very happy to receive my phone case. It was so nice to personalize it with a photo that has meaning to me. Therefore, I love it. The picture wasn't as clear as I had hoped it would be. I thought the case was a little thin and I am concerned that the closure will not last long. I will have to see how it holds up before I can make a decisive decision. Case24 was great to work with and communication was good. It took awhile to get to Canada but that is to be expected. They assured me that the case was the right one for my phone and they came through. However, now that I know what to expect, if I will order again, I will not think in terms of excellent quality but acceptable quality. All in all I am happy with it.

I was skeptical of this site after reading about a few bad experiences other customers have had, but I decided to give it a try because I knew I could at least avoid issues with poor quality prints with the design I wanted. I bet on the right horse here. My new Case 24 custom print blue gingham phone case fits snugly with no strange fading or washout and all the proper openings for ports. My order was processed within hours of placing it, and arrived within two weeks.

The graphics are top notch! The case itself can use some beefing up for protection. A hard case or a thicker soft one with bumper and rail cushions would be a great plus. A case with more protection would definitely make this a 5 star.

Placed an order a week ago and despite their website saying the order will be processed in 48hours, 7 days later it's still being processed. This now means that I wont receive the delivery on time (they estimate delivery between 10-15 working days). Their customer service was no help either and now what was meant to be someone's present won't be delivered on time. Very slow and bad service

My daughter really wanted a picture on a case for her new phone and there are few suppliers of bespoke Google 3a cases. The upload and ordering was simple and quick and although took a few days to print/manufacture and deliver she loves the result. As dad, I am also impressed as the case being rubber will be easier to grip than hard plastic, it fits the phone well and has an appealing matte finish. Time will tell how durable it is but I am optimistic and generally pleased with the purchase.

Although there was some difficulty with a site error, I got it fixed more efficiently than I expected, with a quick and polite email. Although their contact sheet didn't work, the email they provide on the site got back to me and helped me figure out what went wrong. Honestly, some places barely bother with helping as well as they did.
Additionally, the case creation was interesting, with it being quick and easy, with the phone type on the site being specific.

There Cases Are A 10/10.I Had Mines Made And Was Shipped In Proper Time And Also Look Nice.

I made the mistake and ordered the wrong size. When it came it was blurred. The company highlighted the mistake. Thanks for that. Plus they have offered me a free replacement. I've not done this yet due to recovering with my bereavement of my partner. I can't fault this company

Quick delivery but the case doesn't fit the phone, very disappointed as it was a gift. Photo was also pixilated .

The case doesn't fit the phone properly and the phone falls out of the case, the photo printed is an extremely poor print, this is not down to the format of the photo as I've had larger prints produced from the same image. I will be looking to return with a full refund. Very disappointed in the product.

My son likes the case, fits well on his phone. He says he likes it. Thank you again.

What has been done is very different to what they state.

I was thinking to order more cases for my family but looking for different stores.
Won't recommend to anyone either.

The case is awesome. Just got it so not sure if it holds up, but from what I can tell it will do just fine. Tracking was a little weird and confusing.
