If you're looking for a custom case you're in the right place. Got one for my Pixel 5 and from beginning to end the service was excellent.

The Pixel 5 had just came out and there wasn't an option for the phone yet. I emailed them and within a day they had it up on the website. Sent in my order, paid for the faster shipping and got it well within the estimated shipping time.

The print came out great and they went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with it and it was exactly how I wanted.

Customer service was really what set them apart, very responsive even with the major timezone differences and no problem getting any issues I had sorted.

They provide a tracking number, but it's bogus. They use a Chinese tracking service (4PX) http://track.4px.com that doesn't indicate the package's city or location once it leaves China. The page stopped updating my order status after a couple of days, and has now gone weeks without an update on location or estimated time of arrival. What's worse is their site doesn't give any indication that they're in China, which is super-shady.

Waited for over a month for this.

We ordered the "hard case" for the Nexus 6P, which was marked 2 out of 3 for protection level by Case-Custom.

When it finally arrived, we were very disappointed to find a VERY basic cover, made of cheap plastic with absolutely no shock absorbing layers, no protection at all over the top nor the bottom of the device, and general cheap feel and finish.

The print was quite dark and very textured, which will attract dirt and will be hard to clean.

In the attached photo you can see the difference between the basic $15 case we have, which is fully covering all sides of the phone and offers a rubberized inner layer inside of a plastic hard shell, and the Case-Custom single layer of cheap plastic with no top/bottom cover and no button protection.

Shame on you, Case Custom!

Just got my case from Case-Custom, and it's super cute and protective. Even though the delivery is delayed, their customer service is trustworthy.

I ordered a case on April 19th. It's now June 29th, and I still don't have it. I've contacted them several times and was basically just told to wait longer. I'm now in a resolution process through PayPal, and Case Customs has stopped responding altogether. These people are straight-up crooks. Go to skinit.com instead, if they have designs for your phone (I have an LG V60, and skinit.com doesn't have em ).

I ordered my case on april 24th. Was given a tracking number on April 30th from USPS. It is now May 13th and USPS doesn't have the package or have they ever received the package. I asked company to refund my card and they refused to. Do not deal with this company.

I ordered a custom case, in which at first I was sketched out by the website and how good the case was. The shipping took a bit, but it's expected coming from China. I wasn't thrilled for the quality that the case was so I went to the website to see if I could get my money back. The Case-Custom team emailed me within the day helping me through the process and I didn't even have to ship it back. They were very responsive and answered all of my questions. Even though I didn't enjoy the quality of the case (the picture was kind of blurry, which may have been my fault, and my fingernails left visible scratches on it) the customer support was great.

Great Product! Especially if you DON'T ORDER from this company. Still waiting on order sent in early December. The company has quit responding to my emails and has not returned my money. That makes them THIEVES!!! Order this on Amazon and get it this week. Don't order here!!!

EDITED: the review below reflects my original order. However, on seeing this review, case-custom reached out to me and offered to send me a re-printed case. While the printing isn't perfect, it is much better with more accurate colours, and they have clearly demonstrated great customer service.

Very disappointed. The case also arrived later than the stated 7-14 business days for shipping, even though I live in a capital city.

Hello, guys, I want to say thank you, for these nice and comfy phone cases, which I ordered for me and my sister. The phone sits firmly in it. I like it the most.

I ordered a case for myself and my husband. The package took quite a while to get here because it got stuck in customs. I emailed the Case Custom Team and they stayed in contact with me to update me on what was going on. They also said that if things went wrong and it wasn't going to get to me they would ship replacements at no charge. The cases arrived and I was very impressed with the quality of both the custom images that we selected and the sturdiness of the cases themselves. I would not recommend if you need your item quickly but if you are not in a hurry and want a quality item check them out.

The photos that are on the cases I ordered are absolutely amazing! I will order again when it's time to upgrade my phone for sure! And the customer service I received was above and beyond my expectations!

My case came in 18 days after I ordered. I e-mailed Case Custom at their customer service account explaining that I either didnt get, or missed my tracking info for the case I ordered. The responded to my email so quickly, withing hours actually. They gave me a tracking number and told me they had looked an saw it was at my local post office and should be delivered very soon. It was delivered that day. Now the case itself is great. I can read the print clearly and the picture I added came put very clear. I 100% reccomend them. Along with a shout out to the customer service member I spoke to, Emma Haughee, she was diligent and I couldnt as for more.

I did have a couple of issues with the first case I received, but their customer service was so great and fast at helping me out that this alone deserves an excellent review. Best experience I've ever had, and the quality of the case is really nice in my opinion : )

I was a little worried ordering a custom case but I just couldn't find what I really wanted. I took a chance and I am so happy that I did! It was better than I expected and arrived weeks earlier then they estimated.

I ordered a case on June 23rd, expected arrival date was between July 2nd and July 9th. The 9th came and no case. I checked my account and it then gave an expected arrival date of July 20th. July 19th I checked my account again and it was pushed back again to July 24th. I did a live chat and was told that the printers were down and they didn't know when they would be back up again. This case was a birthday present. If you have to keep pushing the date back at least contact your customers and let them know instead of just pushing the date back further and further. I asked for a refund and they advised they would do it. Went to a different website and ordered a case, it shipped out the next day. I should be receiving it within 4 days of ordering it.

I received my custom case with a photo of my Golden Retrievers I lost recently. I can now still see them everyday each time I pick up my phone. It was well made, adorable & a perfect fit for my phone. I LOVE that you can customize the photo the writing the colors and the font. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a special and unique case for their phone!

I went out on web, found a picture of my favorite sports team – The Cardinals – and followed the simple instructions to add it to the case. I was pleasantly surprised to find an exact duplicate of my picture embossed on a very sturdy, slim lined metal case. Many a fan have been jealous when they see it. Very reasonably priced also.

Did expedited shipping and takes 10 days to get it the ship USPS which is the slowest not using again think a lot of peoples Xmas presents not going to be there this xmas

It's not easy to have oneplus phones shipped to Australia, so it shouldn't also be easy to have a customized Oneplus case delivered to Australia. Case-Custom did a great job and I have my case delivered to me way sooner and with a better quality than expected.

I ordered phone case with a custom image. The quality of the product is super good, I've ordered phone cases from many sites and Case-customs's quality is so much better!! The image is clear and the picture stays even though the cover gets small scratches and wearing marks. I'm definitely going to order all my future my phone cases from them! Awesome job!! Plus they have really friendly, helpful and responsive customer service.
