Casechick

My 11year old daughter bought two cases from Case Chick. One of the cases that came did not match the picture of the one she ordered. It was supposed to be butterflies with a checkered background. The background was plain lavender, no checkers. I know it is not a big deal, but when an 11 year old spends her own money and thinks she is ordering one thing and gets another, she wants it corrected. That's not too much to ask to exchange it for the correct case! I sent Case Chick multiple emails, Instagram messages, and comments on her videos and NO response for weeks of messages! I still have not heard from her! That is really poor business! Do NOT buy from Case Chick, use your money somewhere where they care about their customers!
