Very poor service. The car failed several times over the three days we had it. We had to ask them to come and collect it, and they insisted in charging for not refueling when the car was hardly ever starting. I told them I wasn't sure if the car would allow me to come back if I had to go to the petrol station, and the "solution" was to send one of the employees with me, just in case. They weren't able to offer a decent rate, discount or just take ownership of the problem. They literally said it was my fault because I should have called the rescue service. What?
They received my complain and handed it over a couple of times until I could only receive a few e-mails saying they will use my feedback to improve their service. A complete waste of time.
