Problems with delivery, no reply, no update, and do not seem to care.

Recently, I received an e-mail from the companys PR & Communications manager saying that Casanova was regretful towards the fact that my experience had been a rather unlucky one. I was really surprised by this 鈥?I honestly think very few companies spend time reaching out to their unhappy customers to ask them if there is anything they can do to make them satisfied instead.
They have now made me an extremely generous offer for my troubles, it鈥檚 almost to good to be true. In a couple of weeks, I will be receiving an item, free of charge! I鈥檓 pretty amazed. I plan on giving them a full star review once I have received my item ?
