I've had several similar tubs but this is by far the best both in quality and comfort. We had some delivery issues with the shipping company and Carver came through like gangbusters to sort out our problems. Very very good value.

This is an excellent spa tub at a great price. I am very pleased! Customer assistance was outstanding as well. Installation was as expected with no surprises.

I have searched the internet for days over the past two months for the perfect bathtub for my Master Bedroom/Bath addition. The cast iron tubs were upwards to $2500 and were 12 to 14 inches un depth and higher prices for a deeper tubs. I wanted a drop in tub whereas the deeper tubs were only freestanding models from other manufacturers.
Because Carver now has a BISCUIT (Sherwood Williams Color 6385) and had many more features missing in Kohler, American Standard, TOTO, etc; Carver was the choice for a luxury tub for which I was searching. Adding insulation between the mortar and tub, supplied the heat retaining factor of cast iron is a plus factor for consideration.
And I would recommend you search everywhere and then buy at Carver if you want an acrylic tub with many new features and comforts AND AT A REASONABLE PRICE. And CALL THEM AT 816-547-3194 for immediate, friendly and informative help. The comparison of features is what sold me on this product.

Carver makes an awesome product. Their integrated drain system is the best idea since sliced bread. As a remodeler, this system has saved us a lot of time with installation.

My experience with this company was horrible. They sent me the wrong spec sheet for the tub they sent me and specifically told me the wrong amount of outlets needed for the installation of this tub. I therefore quoted my homeowner the wrong amount and we were completely unprepared for install. Because of Carver Tub's negligence I ended up looking like a fool. When I called and asked them to help me financially offset this, they were difficult to work with and didn't hesitant to help me. I will never again use Carver Tubs. I am only posting this review because I was sent an email requesting a review and i was not happy about the very little amount of money they offered me because it didn't even cover half of the extra electric work required to make the tub work. I told them how unhappy i was about this amount and they said I was lucky to get what I did. I also had to call back several times to even get them to put the money back on my card.

Very good to deal with. Shipment arrived on time as promised without any problem.

Building a new home. Purchased one 10 years ago for a remodel and were so happy with it that we are buying the same jetted tub for our new home.

I was so happy to call and find out they are from right here our USA. Then they put the tubs and make them right here in our country. This not only gives jobs to our people but the workmanship and finish of my tub is better than I expected! The way the jets are engineered it allows for the water to drain completely so no water stays and mildews inside my tub plumbing. The cost of the tub includes the shipping!! And it came very well packaged on a bit truck. I called customer service on a question on installation and not only did I get detailed written answers but a video I watch on their web site!! I am very happy and will recommend anyone who wants a tub to purchase from Carver tubs!

Tub came damaged, I was dismissed via phone and email. It has been months, never heard from them – Unacceptable, and unprofessional. Company won't even take my phone calls anymore.
