The wireless charger is not working at all and looks like I get a second hand item lots of scratches and breaks the back side. My chosen phone case was broken so they sent me a link to chose another, but be careful because they charge you again with the delivery fee ? the case look good but absolutely No Never again.

incredibly slow delivery, items stuck at customs, "blackfriday offers" didn't work as the website didn't respond properly

I really thought I was gonna be able to say good things but what , the wood seems to be a flimsy bit of plastic? And loosely stuck down with adhesive that's already coming off?

Honestly blown away by their customer service!! An item I ordered was out of stock so they sent me a replacement item for free! The item was sent in a seperate order which I didn鈥檛 realize so when I received the first box with one item (which was gorgeous!!!) I expressed my disappointment! Now I was just trying to let them know it would be better to make the free replacement a surprise (since I thought it wasn鈥檛 coming) before I knew it I got a reply letting me know the tracking and that they had ALSO sent another one express air mail to ensure I would have it for xmas eve and I can keep the second one too!!!!! Absolutely blown away! All of this after they had already refunded the item that was out of stock, so they鈥檝e sent me 2 free items and paid shipping twice when the whole issue was me not considering they might send it seperate!!! Plus gorgeous items!!!!!

Beautiful custom wood phone cases. I customized mine with my name and a picture, cost me 45$ with shipping and only took a 1.5 weeks to get here. Amazing attention to detail. Definitely going to be using them again!

Carved vil ikke anerkende det, selvom de valgte at returnere mine penge. Jeg ville have d忙kket omkostningerne ved at f氓 skiftet glasset ud, men det var de ikke interesseret i.

Why is the first post deleted?
I bought a cover back in the summer. A couple of months later I discovered, that the cover scratched the backside of my phone because of the dust that stuck in the back.

Carved would not recognize the damage, but they refunded my money, but wouldnt accept the expenses to change the glass on the backside.
