Sent the wrong colour.

No response to email. Had to call. Not very helpful. Told me to reorder (and repay) and their website. I ordered an entire kit with lacquers etc. I expected that they would just pop a new paint in the post but not that helpful.

Also known as Refinish Systems Ltd. Very good well packaged product and the paint seemed of higher quality than other kits I have used, i.e. not as thinned down. Two brushes in pots of base coat and clear lacquer plus two additional finer paint brushes. Ordered Tues.4/4/17 and received Fri.7/04/17 AM by second class post. Was able to achieve a very good finish on a small area of paint damage thankfully as the car was only two weeks old. A bonus is the pots were 40ml instead of the more usual 20ml.Would not hesitate to recommend this company for the speedy delivery and the quality of items supplied.
