Twelve days later, I was still waiting for my package, whereupon I politely notified the company of my predicament. I received no reply, so I sent a follow-up, forwarding my original email. To this date – twenty-four days after my order – I have not even received a cursory response.
Perhaps my experience is down to bad luck, but the complete absence of customer service is staggering. Their Twitter continues to be updated, so there must be somebody to answer customer queries, but it appears that (in my case at least) that once they have your money, they are simply not bothered.

Whilst I appreciate there is a margin for human error if these are handmade, it's happened with too much frequency. I also received no response to emails. Sorry Cartomizer Outlet, but without improved products and customer service, I won't be able to place any further orders.
