A few days after I placed my order, I received an e-mail saying they had to cancel my order due to the Corona-crisis. They offered me a voucher or refund. I replied asking for a refund. Since then, I have received 2-3 more of the same e-mail informing me that they have to cancel my order asking if I want a voucher or refund.
They are not replying to my numerous requests for a refund and I continuously ask them to please confirm my cancellation.
It has been nearly 2 months since I placed my order and I have now received an e-mail saying part of my order is on the way.
Still no reply from their service-team and this, I am forced to open a case with my bank鈥檚 frauds department.
Not only is this poor service it is also a violation of Danish consumer laws (whereby consumers have the right to cancel and get a refund of all online-purchases within 14 days).
DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!!!
