SCAM DON'T DO IT.I ORDERED A TRAMPOLINE FOR MY DAUGHTER 4/15/2020. THE WEBSITE HAD SAID IT WAS IN EITHER BROTHEL WA OR EVERETT WA. I live in Wa so i though it would be fast. After 3 weeks i tried to find the website and it wont load for my husband or me. So i search my history and get a screen shot so i was able to.email them they send me a tracking code. We follow it for another month and then it says it was delivered but nothing was here. So I printed off the tracking info and went to USPS office and they said it was a 1oz package[ obviously not a 15ft trampoline] so i go home and search find the package it was between to normal size envelopes hidden open it to only find 2 Facemask……..email them again they apologize and say it was they logistics department and that they will resend it express this time. And asked about the website and they said they didnt know anything it must be on my side, and that they order it from china so with covid plz understand express still takes a month. Next day i get another email with new tracking. We follow this every day [ as with the last package my daughter is very excited and I told the company that if broke her heart last time( she is 8) because it was for her bday and she still waiting for it now a month past her bday amd i couldnt get her something else big because i had already.paid for the trampoline. And to please please not hurt her again] then once the tracking number says the package is in town I wait 4 more days contact them and they say to contact USPS and find out more info. So i call and they say they dont know where it is and send me a email that says when it went out for delivery it was lost. [ I think it was a tracking number somehow pigged backed on another so there was never any real package.] They say they will try Again to please bare with them cuz i had for my money back , but they lured me kn woth saying they would throw in a safety surrounding net and basketball hoop and a ladder to just try one more time. Needless to say it is now September 2020 and still no trampoline 3 weeks ago i told them i wanted my money back they said ok but it will. Cost me 1/4 of what i paid in handling fees. I said whatever idk i just want something back. And that it would be 10 to 15 days. Like i said before its been three weeks since that email as of yesterday. So i emailed them again and i get this email back saying they are slammed because its their busy season ans they are bogged down with returns so it will be a while to just wait. And I am just dumbfounded. i tried to file a complaint with the BBB but they have no record of this company so I dont know what to do.
