Your "Place order" button is confusing. When you click the right had one, it doesn't work. Only the left side works to place an order.

Had difficulty locating and understanding your wall mount poles. Want one that doesn't wrap the flag around the pole in the wind but not sure yours allows the flag not to tangle

Your website's constant verification of address is frustrating. I'd enter my apartment number and it would change the whole address.

Your website could use some help to improve speed and ease of use, including payment options. It offers PayPal option before shipping information obtained so the incorrect fee amount was sent to pay pal before I was redirected to carrot top. Then had to figure out what the problem was. During this, the 'place order' button was highlighted (active) and I would press it but would not complete. At least I hope it didn't send repeated payments. There was no flag or info describing the problem or how to correct anything. Nothing. I was redirected back to pay pal then had to cancel the transaction and start all over from the cart only made sure I did not press pay pal option too early.
