After weeks, I was refunded my order price and told it was no longer in stock. I searched other places for the item, even reaching out to the manufacturer to see if I could purchase the item, but I was only available in bulk sizes.
Months later, I found the item again on Carroll鈥檚, listed as being in stock, so I ordered. Shortly after ordering, it was listed as back ordered. That back order date ended two weeks ago, and I placed my order over a month ago. No emails from Carroll鈥檚, they still have my money and I have no idea if I鈥檒l ever see this item. I don鈥檛 doubt I鈥檒l get a refund, but why not fulfill these items? If I can buy bulk orders from the manufacturer, why hasn鈥檛 Carroll鈥檚 done this in the last month?
I鈥檒l give it another week and then dispute the charge through my bank. I also plan to report them to Merchant Center as Google wants to make sure there is a good user experience on their Shopping platform.

I placed the order and a week passed and I heard nothing. so I did reacher on contact info and e mail them. We went back and forth on my order. Today I got notice that the bag I had paid for back in March, is out of stock! To say I'm angry is an understatement and I will not ever deal with this company! If I could give a negative rating I would!! I have placed countless orders since that order with Carroll and have had no problems!! I have received every order I have placed with Amazon…Carroll nothing!!
