Carrefour uae I have ordered 3 items received 1 on time no problem but the other two well 1 shows delivered but was never delivered the other i cancelled because customer service doesn't know where it is then after canalling the item with customer service I called them again 3 days later they told me that it's not canceled yet. now i have canceled it again and bought the item from a different source. they say you will be refunded within 2 to 3 weeks that is very poor every where it's 5 to 7 days. I dought that the cancelation will go smoothly. the website is is very poor. overall a very Disappointing experience will never buy from them again

It's my worst nightmare mare that i have purchased something from carrefour form the YAS MALL store as they really have a miscommunication issue first they showed me different item in store and the on receipt it's different item and also they delivery is not on time and if you cancel the shipment they will say come to store after 2 days of calling to proceed the refund. They really don't have proper communication with their suppliers and they will say delivery will be with 2 days but you have to keep calling them to get the update but you won't get any..

I bought 10 packs of chicken from Hyperstar (Eram branch) which is the subsidiary of Carrefour in Iran this Wednesday. The production date of each pack was correct and they were for Wednesday so I was not worry about the expiry of the chickens. As soon as I arrived home I started to open the chicken packs but all of them smells VERY VERY bad and this means that all of them was expired. Every body knows how much is it dangerous for human health and It can cause death with Botulism.
Unfortunately it is not all the story. I washed all the chickens to reduce the bad smell of them and put them in refrigerator to send them back in Friday ( I couldn't go sooner because of my business). When I went to customer service they were completely aware about these chickens and they ask : " Is it from discounted part?" and then she shake her head because many people before me gone for to give them back.
They behaved very impolite and aggressive to me and they didn't accept the responsibility!!!
When I told them that it is not the matter of money and it is the matter of human health, they threaten me to call the police!!!!
I know Carrefour as a very responsible company and I always have a good memory from shopping in different branches in different country (UAE, Qatar , Turkey, …). They really care about ethic and politeness, but what happened to me is something very strange!!!
I would highly appreciate if you inform me about the management system in Hyperstar in Iran. Is it steal is a part of Carrefour branche? If it is not we should know and I think every body should know.

The outdoor furnitures are really bad quality…. we bought a table and it melted because of heat!!!!We have other furnitures from ACE on the balcony and everything is okay…
The customer service said there is no warranty but that is not the problem.
How can they sell an item which cannot handle the heat in Dubai! That is very dangerous!!!

Was worst experience ever. First was buying a wash machine, the way how stuff treat a customer not normal and a kind of rude! After face a problem when I bought a microwave, seller guy said that it鈥檚 perfect working, described like it鈥檚 was a best one, and price 500 dhs, when I take and start using I was a shocked, because it鈥檚 not cooking even rice! To make a rice you need to wait a 2 hours!!! I was trying to return back, but customer service don鈥檛 want to except, even to change on another one!!! I feel so upset and now I make a sure that I will never ever buy there is something else! There is so many shops which are caring about theirs customer much better! The owner should feel shy!

I have order a pioneer amplifier and they sent me a cheaper model while in the invoice is written the right one.The code names of the amps are similar but this makes me believe that is a fraud ,is that the model that they have sent me,doesn鈥檛 exist in their online catalogue.

@Dubai. Not even half a start they deserve. Delivery guy did not contact me at any time. Order was cancelled. Useless call center lady was of no help whatsoever. She told me I had to reorder. They charge my account, full amount, for something they did not deliver. Now a 15 days wait for my money to be back where it belongs. Never again online or at any branch I will buy anything in Carrefour. Goodbye Carrefour.

I placed an order on the 30th of May with expected delivery after 3 to 5 days. After 3 weeks no delivery and no knowledge of the whereabouts of the item by Customer Care. I cancelled the order and since then I made 4 calls asking for the refund and the only "template" reply I had was the usual "I will forward your request to the concerned Department that will process the refund AS SOON AS POSSIBLE"!
They got the money right away, the item was not delivered and they will return MY MONEY when they will deem appropriate.
This is simply ridiculous, even any request to speak to a Manager ends up in nothing, as they say that "do not have this option", therefore the only way is to (and I will) proceed legally against them.
Not even worth half a Star, avoid this service as much as possible!

Carrefour by Majid Al Futtaim is a fraudulent online food delivery platform service in UAE. I placed an order # 16120276402634 on 16th June for AED 155.36 and got billed twice on 21st June. I did not authorize any payment more than AED 155.36 when I placed the order on 16th June and on 21st June, they charged me twice. I called them @ 800-732-32 and they said it is a management issue and they would call me back (case # 1602674). The agent even had the audacity to tell me that I had ordered the same items twice on 16th June and hence justified the reason why the order was delivered twice and hence billed twice. Clearly their order processing platform is defunct. Absolutely no help. Had it not been for the Wuhan Virus I would not even have bothered with online retailers and Carrefour is the worst of the lot in UAE. Never again.

Worst online service. carrefour wafi branch cancelled my order because they found address is not in there range. note this happened after billing 02nd May 2020. I gave around 4 online complaints. since there was no response called CS on 24th May, representative confirmed refund. After that no response, called again on 01st June representative informed complaint transferred from delivery team to finance team so refund is in process. called again on 6th June – promised that refund is in process. no response again so called on 17th June information was refund will take 10-15 days from the day of complaint (official complaint 1st June) and she was counting starting from 1 and informed your complaint will be followed up on Saturday that is 20th of June, very professional. I have all the voice records of the conversation they are not serving the customer. even though they have records putting call on wait. till now I didn't get any complaint confirmation from carrefour through sms/mail/app.

Poor online shopping as they dont deliver the right items and no after sale services .unprofessional call center staff as they note down ur complaint but takes no action.
Again and again carrefour.ae online shop is a disaster website and avoid it as much as you can…very bad service. Very unprofessional online experience鈥? most of the items are not in stock but showing in and will be cancelled after they charge your card.. it looks it is a policy in carrefour….

In Dubai dont buy anything online from carrefour. Theay have pathetic, Unprofessionol people sitting at there customer desk. You will always get defectime and missing items. They have very bad standard . Only buy groceries from them they can only deliver that. My order number is 16101108511051 from them.

The worst ever. Ive made an order last March and canceled it since 8 th of April and from that day they telling me it will take 15 working days to refund. Until now I didn鈥檛 get anything but messages of apologies. Your service is the worst I ever seen and couldn鈥檛 be even considered as a service!!!!

Worst on line shopping app I have ever used Tried to order some household items and on trying to place order was told the delivery slot selected was no longer available At this point I had not even been given an option to select a delivery … the pop up box that appeared to allow me to selecta new delivery slot was blank Tried numerous searches on the app to try to figure out how to find delivery slots but have now given up Tried to message and still no response so app deleted and I would not recommend Poor poor service

I've cancelled an item for being 10 days late, ask for refund and i was told 14 days for the refund. I called after 14 days, i was told another max 3 weeks from "today". never again i will do the mistake to order online from Carrefour

I ordered few items Carrefour UAE online, and I cancelled after 1 weeks because it never arrived on the day it is said online. After 3 WEEKS, my order still came, what the heck!!?!? I told the delivery man to bring back, cause I already canceled, he sipmly left it at my apartment lobby after I left. I called them everyday for 2 WEEKS now asking someone to pick it up (since I ordered online and cannot physically dropped it anywhere, have to wait for personnel to come and pick it up).
2 WEEKS I have been calling and been promised that someone will pick it up.
I swear this will be my last stupidity shopping with Carrefour Dubai online.
Hope anyone wants to shop with them online will read this review. It is not even deserved my 1 star, not even a star that I can give.
