I put an order through three weeks ago and they never sent anything and today (after weeks of trying to contact them) they email me saying they are refunding the full order!!

It's ridiculous, they are advertising all over social media and when you buy things they don't bother sending anything and refund me three weeks later!!
Awful, I won't be shopping with them again…
