I tried to order a car radio and heard nothing for weeks, after chasing with no answer I escalated via paypal. I very quickly got a response and refund, and apology that that item was accidentally still displayed online despite a stock error, which is great, but 6 months later I just searched again and found the same item displayed which clearly won't exist. Also none of the email links worked when I tried to contact them directly.
Having searched for reviews thought it was worth mentioning, it might be a one off and they did refund but might be worth emailing them before you order to check availability. I think they do business on ebay which is probably fine, but their own site it probably not accurate/reflective of real stock.
