Have I known what I know now about, how still I do not have a carport. Every time I call about carport, they have no clue who I am or when it will be delivered. If like not knowing when you will receive your carport, you will love this company. I called today and they said they would call me back with some details. Yes you are right it is about 4 pm with no phone call. Customer service stinks with this company.

I ordered a building on 7/13/20. Website said 3 to 5 weeks, I then signed a contract even though it stated 6 to 8 weeks. 4 weeks later they wanted a picture of site asking if it was ready. I specified in my contract it was ready 4 weeks earlier. Then I was informed it would be 10 weeks from date of contract. The following week I contacted them they informed me it would be 10 plus weeks from the time I sent the site picture. Now on 11/5/20 They will not respond to voice mail, text message. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

The guy I bought it off of said 4-6 weeks to have it installed. After 6 weeks they called wanting a picture of the concrete. And told me it was 8-12 weeks. Will this is week 13 now and still no building. 鈥?

We had got quote with carport.com and another company. I called carport.com to talk to them about it. The guy we were talking to, Andy, thought that he put us on hold, but he didn't. He was talking to his boss and we heard everything. Talking about me using the F word and a lot of other extremely unprofessional things. If you like to work with people that are extremely unprofessional – then carport.com is for you!

Took a while to get installed. Once I pushed a little, it was up in a couple weeks. The scheduler told me Tuesday afternoon, but installers showed up at 7am, and since I was not available that early, there was a little delay. They did a good job installing it, and we are happy with the structure.

My timeline (all in 2020):
April 6 Ordered from Carports.com 鈥?OK cool
April 7 Coast to Coast Carport (C2C) e-mailed me receipt 鈥?OK but weird, was not aware of this
Mat 28 C2C called to schedule install for June 1 – OK
May 29 C2C called & canceled install for June 1, said they would call for install for the week of June 8 – well OK
NO WORD at all for week of June 8
June 16 C2C called to schedule install for June 23 – OK
June 18 C2C called & canceled install for June 23 due to the fact they did not have enough of the brown metal that I ordered on April 6 鈥?WHAT!
C2C said they will let me know when they have enough Brown metal
STILL WAITING…
July 24 I called C2C & left message, no reply – UGH
June 27 I called C2C & left message, no reply – UGH
July 29 I called C2C & left message, no reply – UGH
July 30 I called Carports.com to cancel & request deposit back.
Their response was let us check into it with C2C. I'll call yo back on July 31 鈥?No call back
Aug 3 I called Carports.com to request refund. Their response was OK but I need your CC information & it will take 3-5 business days to refund.
Aug 24 鈥?NO REFUND or Call back from NO ONE

Wish I had seen their crappy reviews beforehand!

My shed was installed April 27th 2020 less than four months later shed roof started leaking was told that I did not contact them within 30 days so there was nothing they could do. Well was not leaking within 30 days. So they do not stand behind there work. Might be cheaper but poor business if want stand behind work.

I was told originally that my structure would be delivered within 2-3 weeks. As soon as I placed my order they gave me a timeliness of 6-8 weeks. I called and they stated that due to the state I live in the delivery times would change. I explained they made me tell them which state and asked why they couldn't get give a more accurate time-line. They then said it is what it is. Other than the timing issues. The install was preformed by Eagle carports and I was extremely satisfied with them.

I bought a garage from this place a few years ago very well made decided to order again this time I bought a carport it's very nice heavy made very good the men that put it up were very hard workers had it completed in a little over one HR it's going to protect my new truck thank you Carolina carports

The installation had several problems which I am talking to the company that installed the unit. I'm not sure how or if they will fix the problems with the installation

We bought our first carport from you and we love it and so we need another and my nephew also bought from you after I told him about you, great and easy to order.

For those of you who choose to do-it-yourself, be aware that there will not be any instructions or blueprints to follow. I had to google other carports to figure out where all of the parts need to go.

This is my second carport from Elephant Structures. since I have moved and there is no better options for your money and craftsmanship.

From start, (ordering), to finish, (installation), everything went very well. I recommend this company to all.

I called earlier today before ordering. The first number for "shop sale pricing" someone answered "hello" and then hung up. I called the main number and got my questions answered but it didn't seem very professional. Felt like I was talking to a high school student.

everything went very smooth paid a little more than i wanted but i am happy with the product. the crew that delivered and installed it did a great job went right to work and had it up in a flash very happy with them!!!

Every one else like dont want to sell or something. Site hard to navigate. Nickle and dime you. This building still costs more than I think it should. But way cheaper. And just as good as the others

The rep was very helpful over the phone and the website gave the flexibility to custom design a carport.

With the issues experienced I felt that Carport.com puts its customers first and resolved it very well.

Other than the cost, This is my second one I Have Bought, I really need it for my riding mower tiller etc, I just wish I could have saved a little money this time I wish you could have given me a small discount even 5 or 10% would have been nice Would that be possible david bindner It is going to be hard coming up with the rest I am planning on charging it… any help would be appreciated… Have a BLESSED Day

So far so good, been pretty simple. Hopefully it will not take 90 days to deliver my garage. Fingers crossed. FYI – COVID 19 is a scam/ only affects old people/government trying to control people

Easy to use website. I called customer service to ask a couple of questions and they were very helpful.

I have already one building on my property from you company and I am well satisfied with the building and the employees that erected the building was very knowledgeable and efficient. Very hard workers!!

I would like to request the same employees erect this building also, if possible.

This is the 3rd structure I've purchased from you folks I have been very happy with the previous ones
