Very beautiful carpet, good quality, rapidly delivered

We are very pleased with the rug and the speed CarpetVista processed the delivery. However, FedEx FOLDED the large carpet (250×300) rather than rolled it, and when, on the second attempt we received delivery, and unfolded it, we find that where it had been folded has left very prominant lines on the pile side of the rug which after 24 hours are still most visible. We are not unhappy with the service CarpetVista has offered us, but we are most unhappy with the way the thick rug was handled and packed by FedEx.

The carpets are wonderful but the only thing I not 100% happy with the patchwork is that it is a bit uncomfortable to walk on it because of all the noods , wouldn鈥檛 it be possible to make it softer ??
