CarpetVista is honest and reliable: I bought a Kina Silk and a few days later, I was informed that the carpet I ordered has a few stains and the order was cancelled and money returned promptly. This is a very trust-worthy and professional business practice that I highly appreciate! Then I bought another rug, which was delivered to my full satisfaction. The rug is exactly as shown on CarpetVista's website.

Fast delivery – good carpet – happy with it

sent me a 3x5m carpet for 30,000 dkk which was broken on arrival. Unable to provide repackaging instructions on request. The instructions included did not fit for such a large carpet. Nearly impossible to return and weighs 50 kg.

The patches on the carpet are not all of proper length and after it has situated on the floor the fabric warps up so that you trip over it.
