These guys were on time which is a plus in my. Carpet cleaning rarely are in my experience. I had them clean all the bedroom and the living room. the living room needed it the most. they move all the furniture, cleaned the carpet and put coasters under the sofa and table legs so that no water would transfer to them. I hadn't seen any one do that before. Nice touch. When they were done. Greg, the carpet guy, left me with a free bottle of stain removal. and a folder with carpet care tips inside. I just thought that this was really nice, and for them to do all the little extras really makes a difference. I believe they are primarily service the Dallas area maybe further out too.
