Carpet One Southlake

My family and I recently had an occasion to utilize the services of the Carpet One store in Southlake, TX. We desperately needed a carpet repair for our home, which was on the market and due to be shown in a couple of days. I contacted Rocky Park at the store. He provided awesome customer service in a time crunch! He and Sandra Henderson went above and beyond for us, providing excellence, quality great prices, and professional service! The repair was a small one, however, both Rocky and Sandra were very helpful, as were the two gentlemen doing the repair. We would not hesitate to recommend Carpet One to our friends! It was a great experience!

Good quality flooring but salesman was poor in follow-up and service. Delivery was on-time but installers didn't apply the felt protectors on the furniture bottoms, so the wood was scratched and had to be replaced for a fee.

Quality of product was poor. We will have to replace soon. Our salesperson did not listen to what we wanted resulting in our purchase of carpet that did not provide us with what we asked for. Absolutely no follow up, as promised, after installation. Installers were 5 hours late. Overall, poor experience with poor service and inferior quality of carpet.

Their employee made an error in measurement so additional carpet was needed when they came to install. They would not cover the cost of their error, so I had to pay more than I budgeted for! Not smart!

We are extremely happy with our flooring in our kitchen . It is beautiful and we have had many compliments on product and installation . Our service was great from ordering to installation. The men who put in the flooring went above and beyond for us . We recommend your service too everyone . It's was nice to have good service and we appreciate that more than you know .
