Not only was the cost and installation $800 cheaper than other estimates, but the customer service was phenomenal! Erica Causey was very good to answer each and every question I had in a very timely manner and even stopped by my house to consult with me on hardwood floor color! I was also impressed with the level of care, neatness and professionalism of the installer and his crew, J.C.'s Flooring and Installation. An A+++ job! I will definitely consider Carpet 1 for all my future flooring needs.

The owner and employees of Carpet One Columbia are true professionals and experts in both flooring and many other home improvement needs. When we bought our house in April of 2017, it needed to be completely gutted due to the previous owner's cats damaging the flooring. From selection to installation, Wayne and his employees were polite and attentive, and educated us on all of their products and what would work best for our family. The installers were friendly and efficient in both flooring and carpet installation, and it's like we have a whole new home! I recommend Carpet One Columbia to everyone.
