It took a week, 3 phone messages and an email to the Dandenong store to actually have someone call me back, reluctantly at that. They show no interest in getting business, questionable quoting practices and non existent follow up service once they think they got the job.

Poor service – senior management should be fired for running such a bad company. I've tried to buy carpets from them several times and they don't even bother following through.
