Booked 16/7 for carpet clean 27/7 at the time weren鈥檛 sure if their local technician was working would ring me back it not, no phone call back. I was rang on the wed 24/7 can I do following sat which I couldn鈥檛 do. Rang again 25/7 technique doesn鈥檛 want to work because of hot weather namely 22f couldn鈥檛 believe the poor excuse! Luckily rebooked more locally last minute. Absolutely awful service don鈥檛 use!

I called up to get a price and was clear that I needed one specific day as it needed to fit around tenants moving in and out and other redecorating. Was initially only calling to get a quote but the guy I spoke to insisted he book me in to hold the date and that I could cancel. I decided to use them for ease as didn't have time to do price research. 5 days before the appointment (having booked nearly 4 weeks in advance) I was called and told they didn't have the smaller machine they need for a first floor flat that day. I said this was really disappointing and not great service and the guy said he'd sort it out. The following day someone else called me back and said they didn't have any engineers the day of my appointment so would have to cancel. Very unprofessional. However I have managed to find another company at short notice and their price was lower.
