I had many requests like specific wood to match existing and the install had to be the day before my movers came due to a pushed out closing date. He made it happen! Well done job in a timely manner and for a fare price. Docked one star because of damages done to baseboards (hallway, living room and bedroom) which were not repaired or scuff marks on white baseboards which were not painted over. Also, one big, fat dirty handprint on a wall which was not there prior to their doing the work. The apartment was empty, they got the key and did the work entirely unsupervised by us. Whether a Carpet Baggers supervisor or the sales person went behind to review workmanship, I do not know. We received no call as to the fact that they needed to repair/replace parts of baseboards or the need for paint, which we could have directed them to extra paint. Still willing to use them again, but will be more diligent on our end to ensure they repair/paint or clean up after themselves.

Carpet Baggers were great to work with. They did what they promised in the time frame agreed to and came back for final touches when asked. Selection in the store is excellent and sales associates are knowledgeable.

Overall, a great experience. I was very particular about the layout of my LVT and CB was happy to oblige, even when it meant taking up several tiles to replace them. We had all the upstairs carpet removed and replaced with LVT. Downstairs, we had cheap laminate replaced with LVT in 3 rooms and are loving the new feel and look! Justin was a pleasure to work with and his installation team worked hard and long hours. Would recommend CB to anyone!

Anthony took care of us as we were unsure of the type of flooring that we needed with our 3 dogs. He helped us find a beautiful vinyl plank that looks just like hardwood, only it will stand up to our dogs. The installers were the best I have ever dealt with. They came early, worked all day, cleaned up behind themselves each day, and finished earlier than expected. If you need flooring – you need to come to Carpet Baggers!!!!

We had a wonderful experience with Carpet Baggers. Justin was very helpful in the initial estimate phase and in helping us pick out the right carpet for our needs. The installers did a great job putting the carpet in– and finished in one day for a pretty large order. We are thrilled with the way our carpet looks and with the service we received from start to finish. We would definitely recommend them to others!

You all are great at selling and the installer was very knowledgeable and experienced. It's the MOST important part of the experience though in which Carpetbaggers fails. COMMUNICATION. Thinking it's okay to not communicate with customers about when work is going to be accomplished, how long it will take, and to tell us that you're doing us a favor by installing the work days after it was scheduled, obviously means the work is not being correctly managed/scheduled on the administrative side. For me to have to be calling time after time to find out when someone is coming to my house is an unacceptable way to do business and you should have some kind of performance/process review to mange this better. It's great that you're busy with lots of orders, but how you treat me, is about ME, the customer paying. So you won't be getting repeat business from us.

Excellent selection and customer service.

Disappointed with installation. Crew used my wet-vac to clean up and broke one of the attachments. Didn鈥檛 tell me; just left it on the table for me to find. They didn鈥檛 even do a good job on the clean up. The sales side was better though selection limited for indoor-outdoor carpet and scheduling got done because I called them vs them calling me. I wouldn鈥檛 use Carpetbaggers again.

We are very pleased with the flooring and service we received from Carpet Baggers. Glenn was very helpful during the entire process even bringing samples to our house. The flooring we selected was in stock and the installation was scheduled within days of making our decision. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The flooring installer was exceptional! He was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. This is the second home improvement project I have done using Carpet Baggers and continue to be pleased with the service, selection and quality of work the provide.

Salesman was very knowledgeable about the carpet and padding. Came out to measure, ordered carpet and set up time to install once it arrived. The carpet installers were great. Very polite, made sure they did not scratch my hardwood floors when they moved furniture out of room to be carpeted. After installation of carpet they cleaned up everything and even vacuumed the new carpet. Did great job with carpet around the fireplace. Would recommend Carpet Baggers to anyone who is looking for good carpet and good installation .
