Horrible. Not a real phone number. Don鈥檛 return emails and never received item.

I ordered a carseat that I could put in my Jeep to go 4 wheeling. I ordered it about a month before I needed it. After a week I contact them to find out they are on vacation for the next 2 weeks. After the 2 weeks, I cancel my order. They say they will get me my refund within a week. I still haven't received my refund and it been 2 weeks since I was told to wait a week. I had to buy a plastic carseat from Walmart to go on my trip. PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SCAM SITE, you will lose your money!

I would give 0 stars if possible. This webpage is a scam! I purchased a car accessory from the Carorld.com website on 1/14/20. 11days after purchase, I went to the webpage to check on the status of my order, and it said it was in still in the processing stage. Their webpage states their processing/shipping time frame is 24-48 hours, and they would contact the buyer if there was to be a delay. Not only did I not get any notification of delay, but I had no email acknowledging my order, so I tried to call the number in the webpage to speak to customer service. The phone number listed on their webpage is not a working number. Also, the address they list does not exist, according to the Google Earth app. Their contact info is completely bogus! I filed a complaint and opened a case with PayPal, and I鈥檓 sure I will get my money back, after their investigation reveals what I already know, but they should not be allowed to scam people like this. They should not be allowed to list a fictitious number and address in the USA, giving customers a false sense of security! The PayPal claim reveals they are not a US company, but from China! STAY AWAY!!!
