I purchased a Harmon Kardon bluetooth speaker on June 14, 2020. And never received it. I checked with the post office and they said that the company i purchased it from put a different/wrong address on my package according to their records and photo of package being left at a wrong address. I've emailed them several times but no response from them. And they've blocked me from sending more e-mails. Can someone help me with this situation please.
