Service was great!

I email to complain I got served papers threatening to take away what little property I have left because of accounts that were supposedly "taken care of" MONTHS ago…. I get an email reply asking to "share [my] positive feedback" Here it is: Stop Screwing me over!

My interaction this morning with Steven Adams was by far one of the most impressive customer relations I have experienced. His thoroughness and knowledge helped to ensure my concerns were duly addressed. Very impressive representation for the image of the company as a whole.

This company is a nightmare .
I canceled my program due to the lack of communication, not answered questions and no proof of actions done to my case .
After being in the program for 11 months paying without missing a penny nothing was resolve and I got a sue from wells Fargo. I paid over $9000 . And only got back $2600. Where is the rest of my money ??? You guys didn鈥檛 settle anything , the accounts didn鈥檛 get any back and forth communication like you guys told me . I called again today to speak with a supervisor and again I was told there Will be no more money refunded .
I have decided to take this to the media and also contact the news so no more one person fall into this trap .

The gentleman I spoke with was very polite and knowledgeable about the program. He went over everything with me and asked several times if I had any questions. I give this review a 5 star.

I'm not happy at all. It took you too long to set up my account. You won't work with me to pay of the smallest of my debt. Wt are you teling me what a positive experience this has been?

The customer service of Carolina Legal Services has been incredible from the start. I couldn't be happier with the program. The communication is excellent and I've been informed and reassured every step of the way!

I called to attempt to get in touch with my legal representative, David the CLS associate was professional, but, like the other times I have called I got the same shuffle. It must be a script….I attempted to call the lawyer and I have sent numerous text messages and Mr. Rufty has not answered any of my texts or returned my calls. I'm getting an un easy feeling that I will not be completed with this process on the time line that we have agreed too in the contract….. I'm asking for simple information that I can't get anyone from CLS to provide me.
