2 THUMBS UP!!! These beautiful apts are just what I needed. The owner and staff assured me a no hassle application process and 24 hours later I was enjoying my new place, fully furnished all utilities paid, what a fantastic idea they even provided new linen and cookware, nothing for me to worry about on move in day. Now I can enjoy the holidays with family.

I've lived here for 4 months, and it has been nothing but hell ever since. The apartments are way overpriced for how they actually look. The owner, Caroll Blackwell, is very unfriendly and has lied to me on multiple occasions. Kim, the manager, has also lied. There is no soundproof whatsoever in any of the apartments so I could hear every cough, every toilet flush, every conversation, and even ever, excuse me, fart. We were forced to move out with a 3 day notice. Our key did not work and they charger us $35 to come unlock the door for us. The maintanence man, Jordan, has not clue what he is doing. He scratched up the walls and put scuff marks on them and WE were forced to pay for it to be painted over. Also, we have found bugs in our bed, assuming they are bed bugs. We have bites all over from whatever type of bug it is. Caroll is a scam artist and is very rude. I highly suggest not renting from her!

Bugs, spiders, and more bugs (bed bugs). Poor management, very unfriendly, overpriced, and unclean. Photos on website are deceiving. Do not rent from Carol Blackwell Properties, LLC, 8007 W. 153rd Terr. Overland Park, KS 66223. She has several loft properties in the Leavenworth KS area that are not worth the price. Wall are very thin, thus providing no privacy from your neighbor. All conversations can be heard.
