CAROL Bike

As Covid-19 erupted, my son-in-law was enthusing about some magic CAROL bike, new in his elite training studio. I couldn't go try it – but I looked online. My CAROL could not arrive soon enough – now in my bedroom. I can't go out – but I do get the best workouts of my life in 20 minutes, rain or shine. Everyone touts AI miracles. ONLY CAROL uses AI that really helps me – I can feel my body get a max intensity workout every single time. And they tell the truth – not breaking a sweat. Add the impeccable product design and engaged, friendly, always useful product support and CAROL's a top reason to get up and get on every morning!

CAROL bike has made it SO easy to commit to a healthier me and I have numbers (i.e. resting HR, BP, body comp) to prove it. The thought of a 45 minute cardio-cycling class (I used to teach) is almost too much to think about when I can get greater benefits with those 20 second sprints! Keep in mind, you also have the option of a longer workout, if you want to 😉 Amazing! And, it's so easy to NOT skip a workout when you know it'll only take 10 minutes and no sweat! Really. It works. I purchased the CAROL bike after listening to two of the founders being interviewed on the Dave Asprey podcast. What was intriguing and led me to purchase the bike was all the science backing up the claims. As a regular exerciser for most of my adult life, I have tried many different types of workouts and have purchased a variety of other types of fitness equipment. All I can say is nothing matches the return on investment that this bike provides. Everything from the high quality construction, effectiveness , and the variety of training rides have made this the best investment in my long term health and fitness.
Lastly, the customer service team have provided great service when I needed assistance with an issue with my home wi-fi network. The response was prompt, courteous and resolved the problem.
I highly recommend CAROL to anyone wanting high end results in as little time as possible.
