Very helpful staff and do there best to get you a deal. They should give you the best price first to save you phoning around then them giving you the best price when phoning back. I have used them for many years the only reason they did not get full star's is they took money after a policy was cancelled. They did however pay it back once the mistake was seen, plus some compensation. It seems they don't use the same system when changing policy.

Avoid. My partner renewed her insurance and she has been sent arrears letters despite paying when told to. The total has amounted to 4 months payments, despite only being insured one month. Their number links to a robot which doesn't help and they threaten more arrear letters because they messed up, not even an apology for being a mess of a company.

Had to contact you regarding renewal price which I thought excessive. Had found a better and cheaper policy af Footman James. Spoke to you agent about cancellation of policy and he asked if he could look again at my pricing. He came back with an improved offer that matched FJ and 拢12 cheaper which I accepted.
Agent was excellent, but it seems that a client who has been with you many years with no claims history has to find a better and more realistic quote than the company who looks after his interest.

Genuinely pleased so far. I was accidently passed into them by aviva when I wanted to question my renewal quote… Went through the quote with Nash and they knocked off another 50 on my bike insurance…. Fantastic!

A great company always give great service and they look after you, highly recommend great policies & added features, 15 years of great services.

My renewal which was the best possible price for me was a lot lower when I called to cancel. Why didn鈥檛 they look at the bestv quote for me before sending my renewal and saving me time calling other companies

I've been happy with CN for many years now. I have a multi-bike policy. The European Breakdown Cover and ability to have a go on your mate's bike are the clinchers for me. I was a bit upset when I added another very lowly powered & cheap bike mid term, and they imposed what seemed like a disproportionately high charge for this. I was determined to switch companies. However, on renewal this week, after a bit of a chat on the phone, the total renewal price for my collection of bikes was acceptable. Oh…… and they were pretty fair on paying out when my Daughter's bike was stolen a few years ago.

I鈥檝e used Carole Nash for many years and noticed a few areas of concern at this years renewal. Their broker fee more than doubled from last year. The total renewal amount had increased more than 拢100 for no apparent reason. When challenged the amount was immediately reduced to below last years amount. Significantly this was with the same under writer. Not a good approach. It took over 45 minutes on the phone to renew the policy and a follow up call to have have input errors corrected in the policy documents,

Excellent service and a great price too
