I bought a gorgeous Valentino rockstud bag for a good price at Carola Zeta and it arrived quickly. The only minus is that the bag only came with a dust bag (like many Valentino bags do) and I wasn鈥檛 able to request a box

I unfortunately did not have a pleasant experience with Carola Zeta. My order was cancelled due to the item being out of stock. I emailed customer service and was told they have confirmed that the item is in stock and I could place another order for the same item. The next day my order was cancelled again because the item was in fact not in stock. I have not received a refund for either item and I鈥檓 stuck waiting for my money to be returned. I鈥檓 writing this review because I just went on Carola Zeta website again today and the item that was canceled twice is still showing on the website as in stock. The inventory is clearly not updated on the website and I would suggest that you email customer service by efore placing an order with Carola zeta to ensure the items are in stock before taking your money.

***Update*** I received my refund. David was very helpful in getting this issue resolved.

Watch out! i bought a buscemi shoes and a moncler backpack they offer a great price thats why i tried, but the buscemi shoes turns out to be fake and one of the shoe have missing screw i know it because i have 3 pairs of this from the box itself you can tell already plus the quality of the shoes is odd and I think they're aware of that because when I told them that I'm going to send it back they told me that they just gonna compensate me some discount. The backpack are fine but I'm just disappointed about the shoes.

Everything went well and the order was shipped and delivered fast. Extra points for having home delivery! The bag was exactly what I wanted so I was very happy with my purchase. The only small thing to be improved would be the descriptions of items in the online store. They were not very detailed and would not have allowed me to choose the item I wanted without researching the sizes carefully elsewhere online, comparing images and hoping to have chosen the corresponding item. It would be very helpful to have the full name of the item as stated by the manufacturer and more detailed height, width, length measurements where applicable.
