I love these swimsuits and was very disapointed that they do not offer an exchange policy. I bought mine on sale and it was too small. I called to exchange for a different size and they said I would have to buy it full price. Too bad!

There was a problem placing an order on the website and it wouldn't go through. I contacted customer service and they told me they fixed the problem so I placed the order again. Now I have 2 orders and I have to send one back. I called, e mailed and sent a message through chat yet no one has responded for over 2 weeks

Ordered my swimsuit Sunday afternoon and it was delivered on Tuesday!
It was exactly as ordered and fit perfectly. I will definitely deal with this company again!!

From the moment I placed the order to when I tried the swim piece on, perfection. They were able to correct my order the minute I emailed them with question after I have just made the purchase. The piece arrived within a couple of days, even though I requested ground, so fast! It fits amazingly and I can't wait to wear it this weekend. You get exactly what you see on the model.

Last year I bought a suit that was priced well and fit beautifully. Just recently I wanted to purchase a bathing suit that I had seen in the department store at a very good price. I ordered the suit as it showed that it was available in my size. 4 days later I received an e-mail saying that it was not in stock. I was pleased that the representative did e-mail me as to alternative choices that I could make. I was pleased that I could get the suit in another color. I am awaiting delivery.

Carmen Marc Valvo designs beautiful, elegant swimwear…but you cannot reach customer service by phone or email. I called 30 minutes after placing an online order to change the size…it has been over a week and no call back. I emailed 6 hours ago…no response except an automated ticket #.

Received damaged swimsuit and for 3 days now trying to either 1. get a replacement or 2. pre-paid label for the return of item. Looks like there is 1 person working customer service and not very good at it.

The overall look of the swimsuit is charming but before I could wear it I noticed a hole in the back seam. I have had to take it to be repaired.
Difficult to zip a long back zip on a swimsuit without help.
The bra cups move around and get folded over. So takes awhile to arrange them not to look lumpy.
In all, a cute look but shoddy workmanship.
