Carmen

Carmen is a newer job platform that I recently used for a few weeks. Best part was being able to sort jobs that matched my skills which was really helpful. I just landed a new job with a great company and I found Carmen to be a good, organized way to save time when sifting through interesting jobs. I graduated from college recently and wasn't entirely happy with my first job so I was constantly on the hunt for a new job. I used multiple job boards and found Carmen's job search to be different.

I'd give it a 5-star rating but they didn't have some of the jobs that I saw on Indeed so I'm giving it a 4-star. There's some room for improvement but what helped is that I was able to paste in any job I found from other job sites into Carmen and see how my resume scored. I'd use it again for my next job search when I need it.

I鈥檝e tried using other tools and this resume optimization tool works pretty well. I also like that it鈥檚 free and unlimited. I鈥檒l keep using it for all my job applications.

The optimization tool is a great check point before applying to a job. Making some quick tweaks made a big difference for me.
