First I ordered and paid and then received a message that the items were not available
They promise everything but no money back. A certain employee Manuel can deceive you very professionally. He promised twice to refund the amount, but did not succeed until tonight.
I wonder how it is possible for such a company to function when complaints have been around for a long time.
Don't rob anything if you don't want to be robbed. Carethy is a crook company specializing in making money from gullible customers. Don't fall for their coupons or write a good review at their request because you will be robbed as a reward. Bah !!!!

This company is a fraud. I canceled my credit card and am taking legal roots to get my money back. Please do not purchase from them. They do not respond to your query on shipment status etc.

They take your money very fast amd that is the only correspondence you will get from them. Its terrible they are even allowed to exist. They should be investigated.

This is my first experience with Carethy, and, as at first I couldn't track my order, I was a bit worried, so sent an email. The response was that someone will contact me…it never happened, which gives me some chills, thinking that I may have been scamed. The delivery finally came, a bit late than expected, but all my items were there and very well packed.

Customer service is not good, but so far I have what I ordered. I want to still ordering, as I use to many items that they have, and couldn't find here in the UK. But now from all the reviews I am really worried.

I will tray again, but I would never set an monthly order, just in case.
Would try to update with my next experience.

Buyer Beware! This company is a fraud. They take your money and refuse to give you a refund. My product was never delivered, which can be confirmed by the tracking information. They said it was my problem to deal with the USPS. I fought back and they advised they would only look further into the situation if I gave them a copy of my driver's license!! This is not legitimate. Do not buy from them!

1- Compr茅 SALES DE EPSON 350 gr, y me vendieron (SUPLEMENTO ALIMENTICIO A BASE DE MAGNESIO).

2- Reclam茅, y me ofrecieron un descuento del 50% para la siguiente compra. Por eso volv铆 a comprar SALES DE EPSON 100 gr, pero me volvieron a vender SUPLEMENTO ALIMENTICIO A BASE DE MAGNESIO, y no me descontaron el 50%, me dijeron que deb铆 haber aplicado los puntos al momento de efectuar la compra. No v铆 esa opci贸n pero de esto no tengo pruebas.

3- La segunda vez me dijeron que no se equivocaron, y que yo si hab铆a comprado el producto correcto.

Si una empresa vende SUPLEMENTO ALIMENTICIO A BASE DE MAGNESIO, en la publicidad del producto debe decir: SUPLEMENTO ALIMENTICIO A BASE DE MAGNESIO, no EPSOLINA SALES DE EPSON.

1- I bought EPSON SALTS 350 gr, they sold me (MAGNESIUM FOOD SUPPLEMENT).

2- I claimed, they offered me a 50% discount for the next purchase. That's why I bought EPSON SALTS 100 gr again, but they sold me MAGNESIUM FOOD SUPPLEMENT again, and they did not discount me 50%, telling me that I should have applied for de discounnt at the moment of purchase. I did not see that option but I don鈥檛 have proof of that.

3- The second time they did not recognize the same mistake they made previously telling me that they were not wrong, and I had bought the correct product.

If a company sells MAGNESIUM-BASED FOOD SUPPLEMENT, on the label on the label it shouldn't say EPSOLINA EPSON SALTS.

1- J'ai achet茅 EPSON SELS 350 gr, mais ils m'ont vendu (SUPPL脡MENT ALIMENTAIRE 脌 BASE DE MAGN脡SIUM).

2- J'ai r茅clam茅, et ils m'ont offert une r茅duction de 50% pour le prochain achat. C'est pourquoi j'ai achet茅 encore un fois EPSON SALTS 100 gr. Mais ils m'ont revendu encore SUPPL脡MENT ALIMENTAIRE 脌 BASE DE MAGN脡SIUM, et ils n'ont pas r茅duit de 50%, ils m'ont dit que j'aurais d没 appliquer les points au moment de l'achat. Je n'ai pas vu cette option la, mais je n'en ai aucune preuve 莽a.

3- La deuxi猫me fois, ils m'ont dit que j'avais achet茅 le bon produit.

Si une entreprise vend un SUPPL脡MENT ALIMENTAIRE 脌 BASE DE MAGN脡SIUM, dans la publicit茅 du produit, elle doit indiquer: SUPPL脡MENT ALIMENTAIRE 脌 BASE DE MAGN脡SIUM, pas EPSOLINA EPSON SALTS.

It seems I have also been duped by the scam that this company is running by telling customers that products are out of stock and they will be refunded. I was told 14 days until the money would be back in my account and that was nearly a month ago. I have emailed twice since and they keep giving me the same excuse of IT issue

Do NOT use this company -they are thieves.I have been waiting for over two weeks for my item, no response to messages and no explanation of what is going on despite contacting them several times. Disgusting comapny.

I ordered from this company in April, they said the product was not available and it is now September and I am still waiting for my refund, I have instructed paypal to look into this and hopefully I might get something back but this is a con website so do not order from this website

This company is a FRAUD one. They just steal your money. I have never dealt with such bad website.

NOT EVEN 1 STAR – IT IS A SCAM

I placed an order on 16th May and was told it would be delivered on 1st June. It is now 28th August and I have emailed them 17 times asking to be refunded for the order which was cancelled as they said the item was out of stock. Each time I get a reply saying something like their 鈥檖ayment platform suffered a technical incident and our IT department is working on solving it as quickly as possible鈥?or 鈥橶e have alerted the corresponding department of the delay in your refund鈥?

I would never have ordered from them had I checked their customer reviews beforehand. I will not let this lie I am determined to make Carethy refund the money I paid, no matter how far I have to go.

I had ordered Purell hand sanitizers from them, and I was billed promptly. 2 weeks later I get an email saying Purell is out of stock, WTH, you bill me for Purell saying its available and then say it isn't – THAT'S THE FIRST CHEATING IN PROCESS. I wrote back saying I wasn't interested but heard back nothing for the refund. Fast forward 3 months, I still was looking forward for the product in times of pandemic, when shipments were coming, no sign. They couldn't give me a better tracked result. I kept writing to them every day from the customer portal, 1+ mails everyday. I asked them to refund as they told me their shipping company lost the item. There were technical issues for 15+ days (WTH, fRauds) but finally I got the refund. 2 weeks later a product arrives, the product was no where close to Purrell, it was like asking for Purell and you get pure H20 (Water) for the same price WTH. I wanted to ask them to take some money for the item, but I can't understand how you could charge the same amount for a 5 star product and water 1 star. At best, they are FRAUD, they may be good in their country, but towards US it was like there is nothing we can do.
I am totally 99% unhappy with their product, if they had given me a partial refund atleast 50% I would have not complained, but they refunded after I fought for it. I feel bad, but at the same time, they are liable till the product reaches home, and should deliver the quality product. ELSE THEY ARE CALLED CHEATERS AND FRAUD, which they are.

I cancelled my order (because it never was shipped) and requested a refund. Never received the refund.

Now reading the comments, I realise I've been scammed. Have contacted my bank and lodged a dispute. My order number was PHA-AU-200807022834c3a. If a Carethy representative reads this I urge you to make a full refund without delay.

For anyone who's ordered but never received their items from this company, I recommend you get in touch with your bank or card provider. That's is the only way scammers like this will learn their lesson.

They take your hard earned money under false pretences and are probably using it to fund other equally evil initiatives.

This is my second time writing,after my first time carethy contacted me and ask me about what was going on and of course like my first time when I answered I didn't recieved any answer and I'm writing this email because I saw that they still sale stuff on internet. How is this possible,where is the protection for the buyers?How we can suit them?

I would give 0 stars if possible. Ordered some hand cream back in February. They took the money, then cancelled the order as the item was out of stock. promised a refund in a few days. I've been awaiting my money for 6 months. Customer Service keeps saying they have an issue with their payments system and will issue the refund as soon as possible (I've been waiting for 7 months already…). Will report the company to the police for fraud.
Ridiculous customer service, vague replies to my requests for updates.

I bought 5 products from this company and was looking forward to them, when I should be receiving my products, I receive an email saying that 3 of the products were missing … I requested the shipment of the other 2 and the refund of the other products. yesterday I was informed that they sent the 2 products in stock but nobody tells me anything about returning the values 鈥嬧€媐or the missing products! Very unsatisfied!

Comprei 5 produtos desta empresa e estava ansioso por eles, quando deveria estar recebendo meus produtos, recebo um e-mail dizendo que faltavam 3 dos produtos … Solicitei o envio dos outros 2 e o reembolso do outros produtos. ontem fui informado que enviaram os 2 produtos em stock mas ningu茅m me diz nada sobre a devolu莽茫o dos valores referentes aos produtos que faltam! I wish I had found this review of them earlier. My item is also apparently missing in shipping..the shipper (Spring) says online that the item is en route to Canada, whereas the company says that it is already here and with Canada Post (Canada Post tracking also shows it en route to Canada). The item is already 17 days late. They're asking me to send over a scanned copy of my ID with signature…which sounds like fraud. I will be contacting the police and my credit card company.

I ordered some clippers back in June to then get a email a few weeks later they don鈥檛 have them in stock, I could of chose others but chose to have a refund which I was told would take 14 days, now 21days after I still haven鈥檛 had a refund and it was for a total of 拢120 which is a lot of money to not be refunded! Multiple emails and no reply after the last one saying the computer error!

Ordered product from Carethy in mid-June. They could not provide the product and have refused to provide a refund as their "payment platform suffered a technical incident". Now two months on I am still waiting for the refund!

If i could put no star at all.I never received my purchase nearly 100usd.Never got any refund. If you are seeing this,please refund me .Its now over a year.
