Do not order from this company. I have not received my order, tried tracking my order number, this does not work. Emailed the company twice, you get a generic reply saying someone will be in touch within 24hrs, not heard a thing. Surely something should be done about this company. I wouldn鈥檛 even give it one star 馃槨

Stay away from this site, they just get your money and never send your order

I ordered hand sanitisers early March, when it became really hard to buy them in the UK. After placing my order, I read company reviews on Trustpilot, and was concerned as a lot of customers reported that they had not received their orders. My only comfort was that having paid by Paypal, I would have some protection if my order failed to arrive. However, I guess I was one of the lucky ones, as my order arrived today. It was well packaged and goods as described, so I can't complain.

Very disappointed customer! I made and order few weeks ago. One item came without the lid, leaking (body tonic) so I won鈥檛 use it. I emailed few times about it and I was told to send the pctrs. I sent the pctr and got told that they don鈥檛 except pctrs and communication via email. I鈥檓 not able to post the pctr through the website. Another item – Propolis! There was no information in description about alcohol content in the product so I ordered that for my 6years old son. I emailed about it few times but never got an answer about what shall I do now as this product only costed me over 拢18. The worst communication I ever came across. USE DIFFERENT COMPANY FOR YOUR PURCHASE.

I ordered some sand sanitizers and they never came! On my account it says they was sent. But it says it was lost or damaged on the shipping page, I emailed them stating I wasn鈥檛 happy where is my order? They sent an email saying they won鈥檛 give me a refund! J said I want same items sent to me ASAP! I鈥檓 trying to get through but no reply since. Very bad service and wouldn鈥檛 waste my time ordering anything ever again from this rubbish business!

i ordered and paid for some beauty products on 17th January. After 2 weeks I was advised that they were unable to supply the product and asked if I wanted a voucher or a refund. I requested a refund and despite numerous emails I am still waiting the refund. They reply telling me there are technical issues with the processing of these. Don't use this company as total untrustworthy

Ordered sanitizer. Never received. They say they have to determine terms of contract before they can refund money. There terms of condition state clearly that cancellation before shipment will result in refund. This company is a joke. Consumers have now been warned.

I got my goods just now – after 5 working days (from Spain to Czech Republic by GLS), in Covid time it was very quickly. I recive all I ordered: two hair colours. Elina, Prague

I ordered through Carethy as products were at a great price! Within a week my order was confirmed as shipped, however, the reference would not work. At this point, I googled the company and after seeing all the negative reviews, believed I was scammed! Very happy to say, a week and a half after receiving shipped email, my package has arrived in perfect condition, will all the items I had ordered. I would give it time to arrive before worrying based on reading bad reviews. I was very happy and will order from Carethy in the future.

Worst customer service. I paid $87 for purell last month and i never recieved the product so far. They never respond to any of your emails. Stay away from them. They are the worst. Don't waste your money.

It鈥檚 been 2 months my item was not delivered since it was out of stock and no refund despite multiple follow ups . Website is a scam no matter how genuine it looks.

Fake scammers don't buy products from them as they will take the money but will never send you the product and will never refund. They will make sure to make a fool out of you. I have already filled complaint against them for fraud.

Carethy is definitely a scam company and has ripped me off. I recommend not purchasing anything through this company unless you want to be ripped off like I was. There are countless reviews advising people that this is a scam company and believe me it really is a scam company!! Run away from Carethy!!!!

I order Purell sanitizer the beginning of March. Mid March they email saying they cannot fulfill my order and I have waiting for a refund going on a month now. I have made complaints after complaint and this company doesn鈥檛 respond. I have opened a dispute with my bank so thankfully they are working on it now but they are not getting responses from the company either. Be warned!!! This company will steal your money and not think twice!! Run the other way!!!

Don't trust! I ordered 3 sanitizers over a month ago …. nothing arrived. They do t reply emails either.

Placed order for Hand Sanitizers on 4th March with anticipated delivery 27th. One item delivered in April but not what I ordered. I emailed them with query and received an email requesting photo of item received and bar code. Sent this by return. Since then SILENCE!!! Dreadful Company, suggest you think again before dealing with them.

I ordered a hair clippers at the start of April to day is 14/04/2020 It still have not arrived I tried to track it and it said it would be delivered on 08/04/20 I have e mailed carethys on 2 occasions and to date I have not received a reply 馃槨馃槨
