This company is average at best. Their vacant motel management assignments are limited to remote areas and are to work for employers on a FULL-TIME BASIS. They perpetuate sham arrangements through working as the middleman for employers – where an individual is hired to work for their clients as a disguised freelancer so that their clients are not required to pay the newly hired workers their entitlements under Australian law (such as superannuation, holiday pay, etc).

Under the Fair Work Act, these sham arrangements are completely illegal.

This company only gets away with it because they're in the land of Kangaroo courts (literally!) and the Australia government is too busy being greedy! If an individual works 40hrs a week for the ONE company (like they do through THEM) it's called full-time employment. Perhaps you're a leading company but only in illegalities…
