My relationship with CarePatrol is professional and we have been partnering for years. Outstanding and prompt attention as well as lots of education for each individual family that needs our help.

We worked with Max Shortell from CarePatrol to find my mom an assisted living facility for when she left the hospital. What a pleasure it was to work with him! He was totally dedicated to finding the place that fit her needs. I emailed him once at 9:30pm, so he'd get it in the morning, and five minutes later he responded to me! I will wholeheartedly refer anyone to him. Thank you Max and CarePatrol!

I was very happy with the assistance we received from Care Patrol. The issue that made finding help more challenging is my mother has a feeding tube. First Sarah helped us find in home care at an affordable cost. Secondly she helped us find assisted living suitable for both mom and dad. Sarah understood the effort involved with someone having a feeding tube. She was thorough in her research. I would recommend Care Patrol.

What a 2 week ride we had.

One of the best things about contacting CarePatrol was Jacqui Clark taking the time to talk to me in detail about my needs and how they might best be met. I really appreciated that and it was most helpful. The selling points for King's Care Assisted Living were mostly right on, with the exception of the description of the residents' being able to view the lovely countryside of Vista from their patios and even their rooms. The home is in a nice setting, but those who live there cannot see over the fence which borders the walkway which itself surrounds the entire home. And there are three actual patio areas I believe for the ten rooms. Thank you for the referral!

The service was amazing and Mom is in a place that makes her very happy. I highly recommend CarePatrol and especially Rob Graham.

We received top-notch service from Eric Miller. He provided terrific guidance in searching options for my mom. It was much-appreciated during this pandemic.

I used them to help place me in a nursing home. The home they found me was just great. But then yesterday I took a call from the guy named kevin he told me he was coming to take pictures of me and other people at the place Ian at. I grabbed the owners because he scared me. They never got a bill from carepatrol but he was from billing. They told me they were sorry but that shouldn't of been up to the nursing home.

It was so awsome to have someone who knows all about senior housing help us find a place for my mom. Todd was so very helpful, kind and understanding. He was a blessing in our search!

As a Medical Manager, there have been multiple experiences with Laura at Care Patrol Baltimore. No matter the requirements Laura comes up with the perfect solution.
Laura listens to the medical and financial needs of the resident, gets information from the family and caregiver, then manages to create the very best fit.
Laura makes herself available and promptly answers emails. She demonstrates compassion, understanding, and guidance during a very emotional time.
This last placement was during COVID 19 and needed to happen quickly. Laura made it seamless.

We reached out to CarePatrol to assist us in finding assisted living for my elderly sister, and we were connected to Bonnie Danker for this help. She came out to meet us, asked many questions to ascertain what my sister鈥檚 needs were, and made many suggestions for options for her. She listened carefully to everything we said, addressed our concerns, and helped us make a good decision for placement. Two years later, we needed to make a change in assisted living facilities due to financial concerns, and once again, Bonnie rode in on a white horse to save the day! She not only came up with various options, but went along with us to visit some of the facilities that she considered to be viable options. We have moved my sister to her new home, where she is extremely happy. We could never, ever have navigated these difficult decisions without Bonnie鈥檚 knowledge, professionalism, and compassion, and cannot say enough about how much we appreciate Bonnie and CarePatrol!

Jena Kloepfel has been above and beyond our expectations. We had no idea on how to help our parents live a well deserved last segment of their life. She started with helping us even know what mom and dad could afford. They are both in the same facility with different levels of care.
