Ordered from them on Nov 29, 2015. I'm guessing that's just days before they shutdown their website and disappeared; maybe to reappear under another name.

Emails to Admin(@)carendepot.com or merchant contact piccoli.steven(@)yahoo.com went unanswered.

Let's see what Paypal can do.

I was very satisfied with my order and they way they handle their merchandise.

Only four stars because it was shipped to me not in a box to hide what it was. My kids saw what the gift was as soon as it was delivered to my house. Wish it was even wrapped in brown paper when it was delivered. Otherwise, great!

I ordered 2 Lego sets only one was delivered and now your website says store closed? I have waited patiently in case they got separated in the mail, but now I'm affrId they won't get here at all!

Stupid me, I placed an order with Caren Depot to save $20! I should've gone with Amazon. I placed an order on nov 22, 2015. I received a confirmation email. I paid with a visa, which was somehow changed to a paypal payment. The part that worried me, was it went to some guy named Steve Piccoli. I emailed the company asking about this, and never received a response. I googled this guy, and even emailed him. Again, no response. I was beginning to think I was scammed, when 8 days later I received an email stating my order had shipped. It even had a tracking number! My faith was restored! And still no response from company. On Monday dec 7, my order arrived. From some place called Christian Books Dist., in Peabody Mass. That seemed odd to me. I open box, and it is not what I ordered! I ordered a Melissa and Doug workbench, and received a Melissa and Doug easel! I emailed Carmen depot. There is NO PHONE NUMBER! I called Christian Book Dist. Their number was on label. The girl I talked to seemed as confused as me. She promised to investigate, and get back to me. She hasn't yet. And still no response from Caren Depot. I would not order from this place, and I should've known better. I do now. I ordered what I wanted from Amazon. It will arrive Friday.

I found my item on Carendepot at a lower cost than other online retailers. I payed securely through Paypal, and Carendepot sent a follow-up email thanking me for my purchase and sent a link for shipping status. The item arrived quickly within a few days. Very satisfied and will order again.

Be patient, really. They don't care if you are trying to contact them.
