After my phone failed twice to update, and then froze during an attempted factory restore, I made an appointment at Care1 in Copenhagen via the Apple website and got an appointment at opening time the next morning. The technician offered to look at the phone right away if I had a moment to wait, and I was on my way out the door with a updated iPhone in under 20 minutes 鈥?and paid much, MUCH less than expected for that kind of express service!

It was an extremely stressful 24 hours for me, and the loss of my phone was going to be the straw that broke the camel's back…but these fellas saved my bacon. I had another good experience with them (which I didn't review) in summer 2019, and so I will definitely stick with them from now on.

The worst service ever. I delivered my Samsung with broken screen on 26.05. They said that reparation can take around 2 weeks because of COVDId -19. Today is 26.06 and i still did not get my mobil. I was calling to them every week and every week they had some excuse – firs insurance company should approve the case, i was contacting insurance company and everything was ok with them. I got selv risiko money back from my insurance company, because of the bad service in Care1, and i still dont have my phone. I called to them today an i got info that my phone is waiting for me, but when I came there , they said that my phone is not there and will be ready tomorrow. I think is not only me, because while I was waiting for my answer there was really angry men, who also had a bad service with his computer. If you want to get you phone or computer get fixed fast, dont choose this company

Honestly, you don't even deserve to be called a service shop.
If i had an option to set in 0 stars i would have.

In April i sent my mobile for a repair of a broken screen-standard fix, after 18 days i get it back with a message it is fixed and it passed all tests. But the screen was not fixed .. camera not working and the flash is not working also… that was the first time. Again i sent the phone back to repair and a long prosses started again from may all the way till 4th of June. i got a message again that my mobile is fixed and i should pick it up… or was it ?

So i pick up my device , seems ok .. but one question .. how the hell do you send it back WITHOUT THE SIMCARD-TRAY ?? i mean what kind of amateurs do you have working for you?you cant set all the parts back again where you took them out…W T F.

The telia shoop personnel stood there shocked! He did not know what to say other than he is sorry to have you as a service provider.
Man !!I have seen street stands fix mobile phones better and more efficient than you are trying to be.

And whats more arrogant ,when telia shop calls you you do not answer directly and after 2 days i get a message that the workshop will send a new sim-tray. So because of your poor/worst service i was without a device for 2 months!!

You don't even deserve to be called a service shop.
If i had an option to set in 0 star i would have.

(After the response, I still want to warn you. The response was generic. I got my phone back, and it was pretty obvious how little they cared. They never put it together properly nor give receipt. No water damage. Rip off. And Asking for one price one day, when accepted, then RAISE THE PRICE the next? So that it becomes more expensive, is shady and that is the normal response to this situation, EVERYONE said so before I did… I do not recommend these after their reply either. I am horrified they do not care enough than write generic, we are sorry-lines like they did. I am not new to phones. I know how much parts cost, which is why i think they were gonna sell my phone parts since it wasn't glued back together even, when I got it returned….Again, I am not NEW to this. This was unproffessional and they still won't own it. The problem beforehand was the shop who shipped the item too. They did not care At all either. (Kungens kurva Telia) Warning for swedish huawei users. )

IF YOU USE THIS COMPANY MAY THE ODDS BE EVER IN YOUR FAVOUR….

So far, a pretty horrible experience which sadly, reflect on Huawei very badly. My phone, has been gone for 2 weeks, it started with repairs but they changed the first cost to a cost which would cost MORE than a new phone…Same model. Now, they have replied, but there are no excuses, to Telia or This company-You have to get better and really, take this to heart. Customer service is always CRUCIAL for your business, especially in these times. You have failed now, I hope you work your way back. Or you will get no more customers. Sorry, not sorry. BEcause this is very important feedback. And Why Telia SWE would EVER send phones to Denmark-is beyond me. When they have authorized shops in the capitol. Strange. Says a lot about Telia. too. You are not alone in the madness.

Because my phone had previously been repaired at an authorized repair shop that wasn't them, they refused to fix the phone under warranty. They don't know what is wrong with the phone but they know it will cost 1600dkk. That means they just want to replace a part that doesn't need replacing.

The reply below is complete garbage. I watched them unbox the original apple screen. Go to youtube and see all the times that Apply refuses to repair under warranty when a simple fix is all that is needed. Simply incompetent.

Complete amateurs! If they can't find the real reason a gadget is not working, they claim they found "liquids" in the unit. And this is a recurring solution for them. On my last "adventure" with them, they forgot to let me know that the "diagnose" for the phone is not payed. If I wouldn't have contact them, the phone would have probably still be at their "repair shop". The phone came without being reset to factory settings, and despite them saying it would be send at my address, it was sent to the shop where I delivered it for repair. Totally unprofessional!
