I have called the number provided and I get that it's not in service. 800 764 1553. I have a 3 yr warranty and need help to order batterie but can not reach anyone at Care Motion Scooters. Do you have a different number

I had purchased a scooter and I received it then I started having issues with it yes the first time they sent the part out and that works now it don't work at all they don't answer my phone calls or I leave a message and they don't call me back so I purchased Rollator transport chair and almost killed myself in that because with the footrest you fall very easily forward

Well it really look good when you showed the video but getting it now and riding it there's no traction so you can't ride it in the grass there's no brake system so when you stopped it rolls down a hill when you get off of it and it wasn't as light as I thought it was going to be I still need two people to pick it up otherwise it's pretty fast that's all I can say and one of my wheels keep falling off

Actually I give it zero stars instead of one star, but it won鈥檛 let me. I called the place where I order it from, They gave me the phone number who shipped it. The company name was eahees, so I called them. Finally a Derek call me back a day later after I call them back the next dad first. Now my problem was my brakes don鈥檛 work. The guy from ewheels Derek basically blew me off 3 people who rode the bike. He said ,?the bake bracke don鈥檛 work. He said, go squeeze the brake and tell me if you feel tenision. The brake was very hard to squeeze. All I care about is stopping when you squeeze the handle. But he blew me off. No appointment to check out . So the three friends of mind who drove it are crazy. This is why I would give them zero stars

My wife loves her new bobcat x. She has been out 3 times a day to take our dog for a walk. The customer service department was great getting finance for the bobcat. Thank you for giving my wife back to me.

I placed my Order July 20th and was told i would have my new Scooter within 2 maybe 3 weeks. Its now been 3 weeks and still no scooter, I paid 300.00 for what was called White Glove. according to the tracking number i received it arrived at a warehouse in Tacoma Wa which is 45 minutes from me on July 30. I have made several calls and sent emails, I spoke to Megan which at first i thought was going to help but to me i feel like i was put to the side once again. i feel like i have been taking to the cleaners by this company, starting with my first call to place my order and the guy trying to talk me into a different type of electric scooter to Megan. At this point im very disappointed in this company and will not giver any favorable review!!!!! and WILL NOT recommend it to anyone i know even after i get my scooter. the Pride scooter i currently have is cutting out and dying and beings I dont walk I need this scooter. I have been tossed is the road a few times because of it, I broke my elbow once. So if they cant understand how important this is for my safety then im sorry.

Terrible experience. Did not get white glove service I paid for. Item sent by ups instead of by truck with advance notice of delivery and tech to put it together etc

Made Emily person who works for you and asked her to have item Ickes u and money refunded and she agreed but I still have them boxed item. No hint of when it will go back and no money refunded

If there is something anyone else can do to expedite this. I would appreciate it. I will never make this type of purchase again. Very poor customer service

The service was perfect. I purchased my lift chair and it was delivered within 2 weeks. Other places told me it would take at least 4-6 weeks.

I am not happy with the customer service right now because they should have told me that it may take longer for me to receive my scooter. All I was told it was on back order for 2 to 3 weeks.

PERFECT FOR DISABLED PEOPLE THAT'S ON THE GO ALL THE TIME HAVING TROUBLE WITH HOW THE THROTLE OPERATES DISABLED IN MY RIGHT HAND AND I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO COME UP WITH SOMETHING THAT WOULD SOLVE THAT CONCERN

The Jazzy Zero Turn is a very well made scooter but the seat back is so uncomfortable if you have back problems and the front basket is way too small.

Very great price.

The only thing I have a problem with is the so-called owners manual stinks I'm ex-Instructor with the US Army Helicopters and what you give for an Owners Manual Sucks Big time this is my second trike I have bought from you and both Owners manuals Suck otherwise I enjoy both trikes.
