I was impressed with the ability to enter details online but disappointed when trying to access assistance. While in the USA, I emailed asking for advise to delete a card no longer associated with a closed account. On my return, and in the absence of any response, I tried to telephone. On two occasions, the phone was answered with instructions to press 1 for Card Sentry. This I did, but after 2 rings there was only silence and I gave up both times after a minute.

There is no help on the website as to how to delete information, and I also do not like the need (e.g. with mobile phone details) that you cannot amend information already supplied: it is necessary to delete and re-enter which is a shame if you only need to amend a small amount of information.
Since writing the above, I was contacted by email and after several emails with the company representative and myself, this has all been resolved satisfactorily. Forgetting the issues with the coronavirus I was advised why there was no one to answer the phone. All the other issues were resolved promptly and efficiently and I was happy to increase my score to 4*. My comment to the company about limited ability to change details has been acknowledged.
