Switched to Card Saver and Siabhan and Paul were extremely helpful. Great savings introduced and switched machines over in minutes. Would recommend and refer to friends

READ the small print and BEWARE
One of the worst customer services ever. Over the last 2.5 years we have used countless hours, hanging on the phone for an answer, waiting for call backs and unanswered emails. A terminal (and 2 replacements) that would not charge and declined perfectly good cards. An now an unjustifiable 拢120 cancellation fee, apparently only because we had PCI with them. Why? Apparently if we had signed up for Tills rolls from them it would have been another 拢120!! I could go on (and on) but I am now out of it and very glad of it! .

Thank goodness I took the time read the small print!!! Was promised great savings on my current contract with what appeared to be competitive rates ….until you read the small print and all the 'extras' come to light that mean the deal is no better than the one we are currently on. Tried to contact the sales person to discuss but mobile number wasn't answered and no message facility and the email address he provided was returned as 'not recognised'. This could have been a really expensive mistake.

CARDSAVER the worst unprofessional Merchant company ever. My staff & customers have only experienced incompetence and inconvenience from installation.
Do not be sucked into competitive rates, I have dealt with several merchant companies and CARDSAVER are definitely cowboys of the industry, all they offer you are excuses…….False economy!!!

If there had been an option for Zero stars I would have picked that!! I have had to report Card Saver to the FOS for misrepresentation and their underhanded sales techniques. Was promised minimal savings on our current provider and pressured into electronically signing an agreement on the sales rep's iPad. Only had time to review what was contained within the agreement the following day when my copy was emailed through. Now find additional charges that weren't covered in the pitch and that the deal was for 4 years. I would never have signed if these were pointed out. Now that want over 拢1,000 to terminate a contract I feel is null and void. Haven't connected the terminal and have no intentions of doing so, have cancelled the direct debits and welcome them trying to take me to court and have been in contact with their business partners – Optomany and First Direct to point our experience of Card Savers dubious sales activities to them as I'm sure they won't want to be connected to such a devious organisation.

Do not entertain Cardsaver. They do not respond to emails and nobody seems to know whats going on when you ring them, they always say someone will ring you back and never do. I haven't got as far as having a terminal on site. They do not fulfil their own agreement. They have threatened me with legal action which I find frightening and insulting as they have breached their contract. I am now seeking advise.

Carl has organised our new card machine for us at Belinda Terry Jewellery. He has helped us get the best deal around through card saver. He has been very helpful, even helping us fit the machine when it arrived. If we have any problems he is always there to lend a hand. Great savings and great customer service!

im leaving this review on here to warn people not to use this company.
We have been trying to sort a problem out with them for 4 months now still to know avail.
We have contacted customer services on numerous occasions and they say they will look into it and get back to me.
They never ring back and I end up ringing them back, this is the worst company I have ever dealt with.
How they call there department customer services is beyond me they sign you up and then drop you.
I agree with some of the comments about Henry good salesman but that's the last you will here from him.
Lewis in customer services says any more problems give me a ring and then is never available.
If I can give you any advices avoid this company at all costs you will regret ever signing up with them.
They should rename there customer service department to something like incompetent services.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST CUSTOMER SERVICES IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH

Worst experience ever/Scams Card saver
Worst experience ever, not recommended to anyone.
First , Sale representative will promised just a lie.
Second, and then the office will try thier best to install something that doesn't suit your place which not the promised by the sale representative.
Third, they will keep asking you for money and even try to set up direct debit without your permission.(Even though nothing been install)
Then, they will keep annoying you all the time or try to get you sign up another contract.
Whole team are scammer.

My experience with Cardsaver has actually been pretty good, probably 4.5 stars overall until today, but as Paul offered me a free box of till rolls for a 5 star review (he thought there were 5 rolls in the box so not a proper box) I am giving it 5 stars, I don't want to mislead anyone though.
It's a pity that Cardsaver feel the need to bribe their customers to leave good reviews. They shouldn't have to, they're actually not bad and my experience has been that they are helpful and responsive.
It's true that I wouldn't have bothered to leave any review at all yet without the bribe (I'm a relatively new customer – under a month – so I don't feel I have an overall perspective yet) but after today my 'to date' rating of 4.5 stars would go down. Dishonesty in banking is not necessary and not acceptable. So sad.
